I was a little nervous walking into a store/restaurant to get my phone to fixed but overall I am pleased with the results. My mom and I walk in and asked him how much he would fix my iPhone 6 and my iPhone 5s, he told us $110.00 for the 6 and $90.00 for the 5s. He did it in a hour and a half and they looked brand knew. My phones go a little glitchy when I turn them off then on again, but overall very pleased with the service and product. Thanks Ralph! ????

I can say his quality on his job and the parts he used to fix my screen is really great! I decided to go with the aftermarket screen for my iPhone 7 and it looks like original in terms of color quality display and touch screen sensitivity. I got my iPhone screen fixed before in Edmonton and the screen color looks washed out like a cheap one and the touch screen is sometimes doing random touch. I tried to bring it back but they said no warranty! But Ralph guaranteed to me that his job comes with lifetime warranty if ever the touch screen is not working properly just bring it back and he will replace it free of charge which is great!

Have had a 6S+ since they came out. Because of Ralph, my phone still works. Honest appraisals of work that needs to be done, at good prices. Have had him replace batteries, fix screens, replace cases, and charging ports. I don’t think I’ve spent even 300.00 over 6 years. Cheaper than new phone. And when the speaker broke, he was able to repair it when the internet basically told me it wasn’t repairable. Even called it warranty. So no charge.

He is very nice guy, professional and always there to help. I bought a selfie tripod with light from him. There was a crack and i think it's my fault while putting it together and showed him, but still willing to switch it to a newer one and even help me set it up. Thumbs up! ????
