3 times gave the bank proper information to change money that is coming out of the wrong account and keep getting excuses when corrections weren't made. Impossible to actually speak with someone on the phone. Going to try and speak with a manager and hopefully resolve things. I wish I went somewhere else now, so many problems over something that is such an easy fix .

I am customer of this bank before coming to canada, i never feel dissatisfied with the service , overall good service , easy access to the ATM all over canada,i would recommend every international student , must go with the scotia bank .

I feel sorry for anyone that ever has to contact this branch. You cannot get a hold of anyone unless you physically go in and they also make changes to your account without notifying you.

Deplorable service and lack of follow up by staff and Branch Mgr. Promises made and broken several times. No sense of urgency nor compassion for long time customers. Avoid dealing with this location. Disappointing to say the least.

Just found out my company credit card had expired a month ago. Scotiabank had already taken the $120.00 yearly fee and I still don't have a new card! Had to sit and wait on the phone to sort it out with someone at their small business department as the branch on main street doesn't ever answer their phone!
