I have been experiencing a steady decline in my ability to operate our laptop computer, a separate tablet plus even the Cell phone over these past few years and in ever growing frustration, happened to mention this to a friend of mine. She highly recommended that I call Paulo Santos at PCMac.tech who has been looking after all of their varied office computer equipment for many years. After calling, Paulo agreed to quickly meet with me here in my home just 2 days later on a Saturday morning and in a few hours he had cleaned up each of our 3 electronic devices. As well, he sourced out via 'comparison shopping' online and ordered a new more efficient, faster computer direct from the Manufacturer at a discounted price for my needs. This will free up my older laptop that is now running much faster and very responsive for my wife to use. Paulo arrived on time, is obviously extremely knowledgeable, was very professional, easy to communicate with and agreed to later return when my new laptop arrives in 2 weeks to transfer the current files and set it up. At that time he will as well arrange for my current laptop to be properly working in my wife's separate area. The next day after Paulo left, I encountered a minor operating difficulty on my laptop and called him to leave a message. Even though it was on Sunday, I was surprised and impressed to his credit, Paulo shortly returned my call to cheerfully and patiently guide me through the issue. I can only say that so many hours of past technical problems and tension could have been avoided if I had only known about Paulo and his fine diversified services many years ago. We are extremely well satisfied with him and although not sure at first to have a stranger come over to our home, are now fully confident in having Paulo look after all of our technical computer repairs, adjustments, tune ups, and other advisory issues in the future. We give Paulo Santos and PCMAC.tech a 5 STAR Rating without any hesitation at all!!
