Installation propre, filage bien organisé, j'y ai ajouté deux disques durs que je possédais déjà et la boite se refermait. Le client est satisfait, le coût respecte le budget, la livraison est dans les temps et la machine fonctionne bien. Le coût défrayé par Spark fut le temps des conversations avec Dan, temps qu'il n'a pas hésité à fournir gracieusement et avec enthousiasme; une écoute de première qualité et des conseils tout à fait appropriés. C'est ce qu'on appelle un excellent service à la clientèle. Je savais d'avance que la firme offrait un bon service, j'y avais d'ailleurs déjà référé des amis et je suis convaincu que j'y retournerai lorsque le besoin se fera sentir. Merci Dan et compagnie. Noel p.s. je donne très rarement cinq étoiles lors de revues comme celle-ci. Mais dans ce cas, pas d'hésitation!

He did not charge me for extra services that were not necessary or do anything without my permission. He made some adjustments and encouraged me to try the laptop before purchacing any additional services. My laptop has not had a problem since but Daniel provided me with options if I ever did continue to have problems. Daniel shows good qualities in business that are fading in today's customer service. Recently I brought my laptop into Sparks for repair. Please understand that I am not tech savvy in any way and so I was stressed about it all. I explained my problems to a guy named Dan who gave me a few options as to what could be wrong but told me not to worry until he checked it out and called me.I asked tons of questions and he took the time to answer my questions in a language that I could understand. He made me feel very comfortable and not like I should know certain things. When his call came in he said the outcome was better than originally thought but for me this was all still a big deal. Originally I had lost all my pics(47,000) and all icons etc. but he found everything. He now had to do a complete backup and reinstall everything again. I dug up all my paperwork on everything I had and rushed it over to him only to find out that he didn't need it. He had his own way to find it all. While there, again I asked a dozen questions and again he took all the time that I needed to address my concerns but did tell me I had to buy a program and told me their price. I checked around at various places and yes they were cheaper. A few days later I received a call from Jamie who was doing the final leg of my repair. Again I had tons of questions for him and like Dan he took the time to answer them all and made me feel very comfortable. Not once during all my dealings with them did I hear the words"Sorry, I have another customer" In the end I gave them a few of my passwords to simplify things because they had already been through my whole computer and after dealing with them for over a week I could feel that I could trust them completely. When I picked up my laptop they told me to go home and try all things I normally do, take notes of my concerns, and come back and they would help me out if needed. What great service. My bill was very fair and repair was done in a timely fashion. They went way above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. When I got home and turned it on I was worried that it wouldn't look the way it was(you know, tailored to me). It was. Everything was back in it's original place with a few great additions. I did go back the following week with more questions but just for my own knowledge and again they took the time to talk to me even though they were busy. Now when another customer came in that was computer knowledgeable their vocabulary was very different than with me and that is what makes Dan and Jamie so special.They are great at what they do, extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and care very much about their business. They have very strict guidelines in which they adhere to, to ensure your data etc. is kept private. Theirs is a young business and once you meet and talk with them they will make you feel truly valued as a customer. I wish them the best and at the rate they are going they won't need my wishes as they are doing all the hard work on their own. My laptop is running better than ever. Thank you very much guys. Joy

I went to Sparks and they did a quick diagnostic. Not only did they find the problem, repair my computer and re-install all of my files but they were able to get my laptop back to me the next morning. Great service!
