Bad store that does not stand by the products they sell. Hi, my name is Peter. I recently bought a Sports Armband that I used twice. The second time, it came undone at the seam of the band and the poch where the phone sits. When I tried to exchange it, the vendor refused to replace it stating that damage goods cannot be replaced. What?..... The Armband had a manufacturing defect and was not damaged by not using it properly. As I tried to explain to him. In any case, if you decide to buy anything from that store, think twice since the Cellular Linx store at les Galeries de Hull in Gatineau, Quebec don't care about satisfied customer. Btw, on their receipt it is clearly indicated that they exchange if you have your receipt (which I did.) And yet the store policy does not support defectuous product. Shame on that store. Be warned.
