Remind me to update this after I finally get my phone back. I called them last Tuesday, was told it would take a few days to get the part in. Thurs afternoon it wasn't in when I phoned. They told me again (a bit emphatically) that they would phone me. They didn't. Saturday they were closed, although they were working outside the building on maintenance and told me the part was in. Dropped it off first thing Monday morning, expecting the two hour service I was told it would take, and when I phoned in the afternoon, it wasn't done, the guy who does it was out on a service call, and my phone probably wouldn't be available until Tuesday morning. Possibly Monday night, but since they have my phone, I wouldn't know that. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but this isn't making me happy.

Apollo computers is run by knowledgable computer people who enjoy doing things properly so if you want good advice and service, I highly suggest them. Slightly limited selection because it's the small town of SF but they can order items in, saving you the trip to the city! Not claimed on Google and they're having issues with their website so 4/5 but honestly they're 5/5 where it counts!

Ordered a replacement keyboard for my laptop. After waiting 6 weeks was told it is still back ordered. Cancelled it and bought one off ebay. Delivery time....5 days.

I brought my laptop in for service and it was found to be too far gone to be repaired. Although , they did their very best to help me. They gave me a great deal on a rebuilt laptop at a very good price that works very nice indeed. The technicians were awesome and very helpful with me and answered all of my questions and aloud me to have a full understanding of all things I asked about.
