I called him this afternoon about getting a replacement screen for my iPhone and it was professionally done and ready for pickup by 6:00 p.m. Cannot tell that this is not the original factory screen. His prices are reasonable and comparable other similar businesses. It is a treat to support those with a sense of entrepreneurship who are blazing their own trail!

I was in Fredericton from out of town in quarantine during the pandemic. I dropped my phone and the screen stopped working. I needed it fixed for work ASAP. I looked up Jordan and he was very professional and responsive from the get go. He came to the place I was staying at, picked up the phone and then Dropped it off afterwards 3 hrs later. If he keeps up this kind of customer service I don’t know why you would want to go anywhere else. If you are in Fredericton and you have a problem with your phone, or tablet call Jordan at Irvine repair, you will not be disappointed. Don’t waste your time with the other guys in the regent mall.

Great professional service, very responsive and communicated throughout the repair process. My phone was not able to be repaired quickly and multiple issues arose. Instead of there being extra charges, they rose above and beyond, waiving the repair fee and set me up with a great temp phone. In the end, my main phone couldn't be returned for a few weeks so they gave me a new phone! No charges. Couldn't be happier. Shout out to Jordan at Irvine phone repair, will definitely use his services again (but hopefully not for awhile since I try not to break my phones!)

Rarely does a business exceed my expectations but this is the case with Irvine Phone Repair. My teenage son damages his phone all too frequently so I am familiar with the phone repair services in Fredericton. I tried this one after he completely smashed the casing and was pleasantly surprised by the service they provided us. The owner is very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He clearly laid out the potential parts that could need fixing and was able to fit us in for service the very next day. He kept me updated with the status of the phone. It ended up needing the most possible repairs given its bad condition and the owner gave us a good price given the fact that he had it already taken apart. I appreciate that as he could have very well charged us full price for each repair. So far the phone is working as good as new and the repair is guaranteed for 6 month which gives me peace of mind. This is definitely my new spot for our phone repairs!

Phone was not turning on and jump plus said it wasn’t the battery after testing it, Jordan tested the battery again just to make sure, and it was fixed in less than 24hrs. Jordan went above and beyond. Initially I took my iPhone to him for repair and learned it was not a feasible idea. Rather that agreeing with his iPhone recommendation I subsequently bought an iPhone on marketplace. Not a good idea because it was sold to me in “mint condition” and I learned the back camera was not working. No recourse so I again contacted Jordan. He replaced the camera, replaced the battery and put a new glass screen saver and a case on it. He was reasonable, professional, honest and prompt. No hesitation to recommend him.

I called Irvine Phone Repair for a battery replacement in an iPhone 8 at 8:10pm tonight after a friend recommended then to me. Highly DO NOT recommend, about two months ago I went there to get my screen fixed and within a week of getting fixed from Irvine Phone Repair the screen was falling off and then I dropped not even an inch off the ground, on a carpet and the screen got cracked extremely bad. Fast forward to today and I drop my phone ON my bed and now half the screen doesn’t work. I messaged them a few weeks ago explaining what happened and they said they can’t do anything about it, I asked for a refund because I was very very unhappy about my phone getting cracked when it wasn’t even an inch off the ground and on a very soft carpet.

I visited Irvine Phone Repair for the first time today. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. My adapter cord would not fully insert into my tablet connection. Therefore, my tablet would not charge. Within five minutes, my tablet was repaired. Another tech service wanted $100 in advance and wanted to send my tablet away for repair. Boy, am I ever glad that I found Irvine Phone Repair on a Google search. I recommend that everyone try this business first for repairs before going anywhere else.
