I called ahead as the website requested and I didn't even need to come in; Mark was able to help me/make suggestions over the phone. He was extremely friendly and didn't once try and upsell me or suggest I let him diagnose it (he actually listened when I said I'd researched and tried everything to fix the problem on my own, and came to the same conclusion I had) and instead gave me an inexpensive solution to my problem. I'm definitely coming here for future computer troubles, I was so pleasantly surprised that I almost wished I had a bigger issue just so I could pay him! A great suggestion from a friend, give him a call.

Mark was excellent. I initially reached out to him in Nov because my computer kept bottleneck. Without charge, he recommended I remove a software that was old and no longer needed for my laptop. A month later, I was forced to download Windows 11, and my computer was still freezing and bottlenecking. Mark took my computer in the morning, upgraded my SSD, and added software for free so that I could watch the temperature of my laptop. As a student doing research, this has made an enormous difference. I would highly recommend Mark for any of your computer needs.

Do yourself a favour and find someone else, anyone else. I only went to him because he was close to where I live... bad idea. Not only was his "expertise" extremely expensive (brought a laptop in and paid almost 200 bucks for literally nothing), but he is extremely rude to his customers. Excellent and quick service: Had a large spill on my laptop with a lot of residue left over inside. Mark took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol in less than a day! He provided me with pictures of what was inside, as well as an explanation of what could have happened! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Quality and good work the guy knows his stuff and is very easy to understand and get along with. kind of hard to get a hold of though as I called, left a message and never got a call back. Then an issue with the time frame when it's supposed to be a week then gets pushed to next week and then the week after this was related to the part shipment being delayed still it gets to be frustrating especially when i need the computer for school and work. Besides that never had any issues. would recommend the good price and professionalism is worth it. Edit: Also went way out of his way in helping me get my new computer set up and have ne back to work.

I was told my old Dell would cost more to fix than what it was worth, hundreds of dollars, so I placed it in a box for a few yrs and bought a new labtop. Reached out to Mark-at Computer Tech Experts a few weeks ago and my Dell is up and running, at a very low reasonable price (no big dollars), He also fixed my HP - newer laptop in a very short time and reasonable price. Mark also gave some valuable pointers about using the labtops that I had never been told before. Great Job and highly recommended. Mark will be my first call if I have trouble again.

Friday: Disaster = my 6 1/2 year old Vaio Z would only come on for 15-30 seconds. But it is desperately needed! Had backups but nothing to restore to! Got it to Mark on Saturday morning - watched for a couple of hours as he worked out how to get into the guts of this tiny and unusual and difficult to service computer. This man KNOWS HIS STUFF! And what he doesn't know he figures out. It only took until Monday morning for my precious Z to be returned to me - working again, cooler than it had been for seemingly forever. Ready for teaching + research + personal use. I didn't expect things to work out but was going to give a 5 star review in any case after watching how Mark worked on my machine. Unfortunately I cannot give more now that it did work out! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
