I paid $300 for my daughters phone to get fixed for the screen to not be put on right and ultimately end in the led board cracked. I am very, very unhappy. I paid an extra $70, which I still have the receipt for, for a screen you could supposedly hit a hammer with. I was falsely informed. I either paid for something that was falsely advertised or I paid for something I didn’t receive. I believe I either deserve my phone to be fixed properly or I deserve a refund. I don’t have the money to be wasting on a company that didn’t fix what I paid for.

One phone I took to them they tried everything they could, including installing every new charging port they had in stock, unfortunately they phone could not be fixed, but again, no charge for all the work they did because it was not fixed. I asked them to let me pay for the time and effort but they would not let me. Dustin was the guy that helped me today, great dude.

I would give them a 0 if it was possible. I called to get my back glass replaced on my phone. They said they would order it and should have it by Tues. I offered to pay ahead and they said it was not necessary. So Tues I go by and am told it was never ordered. They can see i am frustrated and stated would over night it. Said they would call when it arrived so i could bring my phone in for repair. It is now Sat and i have yet to hear from anyone! Very Unprofessional and would not recommend.........

These guys are amazing! Rob and Jonathan.....the BEST service ever! I went in to get a new battery for my iPad. When things didn’t go as planned, they stuck with it until they realized it wasn’t going to work. So they replaced the iPad with a much newer one! These guys are always respectful and take time to answer questions with each customer. They have been respectful and kind every time I’ve been there. And not just to me. To everyone. They give each customer undivided attention and assure each person quality care. It’s not fun to have phone issues. But they sure make it a lot easier to deal with.

Needed a new camera installed. Had to pre pay for the parts because they didnt have it in stock. Came in to get it repaired when the parts arrived only to discover they got the wrong part in. 2 weeks of waiting and all I was offered were apologies. Will reevaluate the rating once the repairs are complete. Maybe they can make it up to me. Update: Parts arrived amd phone was fixed in a timely manne . Repair looks pretty good. They could definitely use more than one guy running the desk though. Raised the review to 3. Would have been a 4 if I would have gotten the call when my parts arrived that I was promise .

Took my phone in a week ago for a simple screen replacement which was supposed to be a same day repair. When we went to go pick the phone up they said that they THEY had broke the wire for the power button which would cost me ME and extra $50. Well by the time it was all said and done they did offer to pay for the part THEY broke oh so kind of them and it would be ready monday by close. Yeah well a week later they still have my phone which according to them is still not fixed. I work in retail I know things happen that are out of anyone's but I can also tell when I'm getting the run around and getting played for a fool. Well this fool has had enough of their games.

This place rocks!! I was on a trip from Albuquerque to Atlanta, stopping in Fort Smith to visit a friend when I cracked the glass on my iPhone. It was one hour before they closed for the day and I needed to leave for Atlanta early the next morning. They were willing to replace it for me at the last minute and were so nice about it!! These guys are fast, friendly, and amazing! Their pricing was more than affordable considering they charged half of what another repair place wanted for the same job and 25% less than another place. Took it in to have the charge port replaced on an iPhone 7 and it was ready within 2 hours for pick up. Couldn't be more happy with the service, definitely recommend them for any repairs you need.

I had a problem with my phone getting service. It kept going in and out of service for no reason. I originally took it to Gadget Grave. They told me I needed a new mother board for my phone and sent me away without looking at it at all. Basically they told me I needed a new phone. I took it to Phone Doctors and they said I needed a new internal antenna. They replaced it for $49 dollars and my phone works perfect now. I was also able to get my phone back much faster than I did when I've used to Gadget Grave. I also noticed their prices are better. I won't be going to Gadget Grave anymore. I will go to Phone Doctors! I am very pleased!

Just stopped by after Verizon couldn't fix my phone on two separate occasions. It wasnt charging and having some software issues. Rob had it all fixed in less than ten minuets. So thank you Rob. Verizon wanted me to factory reset when I was pretty sure it was due to an update and both verizon emolpyees and me tried to clean the port. Whatever Rob did worked and I have a little more time now to save up for a new phone.

The service was very nice and very friendly and they would even crack some jokes with you so you’d feel just a little less stressed! Brought in my iMac that was pretty much a paperweight after my OS got uninstalled. It was an older model so that made it super difficult to get it going again. Things were looking bleak for a few days but Clay and the team didn't give up on it and finally got everything back in working order. Where to start... First off, I paid $385 for an S20 screen replacement. The guy at the counter told me on the phone that I had to pay for the screen before they could even order the part. So I go into the store on Monday. I waited 45 minutes just to pay for the phone screen. Flash forward to Wednesday.. I go back to the store after not hearing anything from the store. It was around 3 or so. I was told by the worker there that the part was in (they had my phone number and never called), but that they would not be able to make the repair by the end of the work day. Not such a big deal. Flash forward Thursday. My girl had called Thursday around noon. My girlfriend called the store to ask if the phone had been repaired. The guy told her he couldn't tell her anything, and that I needed to come into the store. I rush all the way from Muldrow to get to the store around 3 PM. This is when the horror story comes into play. They ordered the wrong phone screen and did not notify either of us that this was the case, AND they broke my back glass on my phone as well. At no point on Thursday did they ever offer me a loaner phone, as I expected that they would. I was told that they overnighted the part that would be in Friday around noon. So on Friday, I get to the store around 2:45. The technician said that the phone repair was complete. He grabs the phone, and I look it over. He informs me that the back glass hadn't "set in". So in other words, he gave me a phone back that had not been fully repaired. These guys are a freaking joke. If you're considering using the "phone doctors" (lol), then I would turn straight around and run away as fast as you can. They told me that I had a 1 year warranty on the phone, as long as there wasn't any physical damage to the device (lol). What a useless warranty and an even more useless company. I will be sharing this information with a few friends when I see them, so that they can avoid the enormous headache I've endured with these jokers this week. I'm a business man, and this is by far some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. You guys seriously suck balls, and I hope you lose business over this review. End rant.

Wow! Just wow. I took my iPhone 6 in because the screen was not responding to my touch and Phone Doctors had just replaced it a few weeks earlier after I had smashed it. Turns out I had water damage and it had nothing to do with the screen. Jon went ahead and performed an extensive cleaning to allow the screen to work and keep my battery's power level from jumping all over the place. Even though water damage is not covered under the warranty, Jon and the guys told me this service was on them this time and they didn't charge me a dime. I'm speechless. I have used a handful of other phone repair shops and they almost always nickel and dime me to death. These guys actually cut me a break because they knew I had just had to drop over $100 a couple weeks earlier. They just went above and beyond and didn't even charge me! Absolutely adore the staff at phone doctors. But Brittany truly wowed me with her customer service. Opened the door for me, offered me a bottle of water while I waited, and cleaned all my families phones for free. They offered me a 1 year warranty opposed to gadget grave which is only a 6 month warranty Not to mention gadget grave wanted to hold my device for up to 48 hours and the phone doctors had me fixed up in less than 30 minutes. I will always be bringing my business back to Brittany, rob and the gang at phone doctors!

Yesterday, April 16th, I took my old I-ph 5s and my sons very old Samsung and asked if he could put the SIM card from my sons ph into my 5s. He said he could but it turned out to be a little more complicated than just switching SIM cards. In order to get everything to work he had to create an Apple acct for my son, which he very patiently did. When I left my old I-Ph had all my sons information and was good to go. Throughout the whole procedure Rob was very patient, friendly, and professional. He has also cleaned out the charging port for my I-Ph on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Rob and Phone Doctors for all your cell phone needs.

No eye contact at all. No smile. And haggling like I was on a car lot. Just not what I expect from a tech store. You say I was graciously offered more. I was only offered that because I was leaving with my phones. That’s not grace. That’s haggling. No law against that. Just not what I expected.

My wife's phone was in this place 4 times in a matter of a couple of weeks. First they ordered the wrong parts even though the notes clearly stated what part was needed, then the parts ordered was defective and had to be replaced again. Every time we went in we were told they would call when the parts were in stock, never happened. The last time I went in to pick up the phone I was told it would be ready by 2:00pm, when I got there they had not even started the replacement of the defective part. We tried to call on many occasions but the phone transferred to the Fayetteville store almost every time we tried to call. Out of the 5 different people we spoke to on our many trips in to the store only 1 was remotely what I would consider polite and professional. I could go on but I believe you get the picture.

I left my phone there to have the screen fixed, i know they dont always go as planned. I asked how much, they said $80 so i gave them my # they said they call when it was ready. I ended up in the hospital so after a couple of weeks, i called the phone # that was given, i left a messaage. i asked a family member to go by there. Which family did and picked the phone up, they charged them $99 and i cant get it on. Now i have used them in the past and on same phone with no problems. I hope maybe this will get retified?

Rob took the time to clean out my charging port and before I left he made sure that my charging cord and my charging cell phone case worked with my phone perfectly. He fixed all that for me. After spending over $1000 on a new iPhone I’m pretty sure anyone would understand the frustration of something that we paid so much for not working. I cannot think clearly and Rob enough for the hospitality and making sure that this was fixed. I highly recommend phone Doctors. Just ask for Clay and Rob!!

Three weeks ago I went into phone doctors because my charger port would not keep the charger cord in & I told the guy I needed my port repaired he proceeded to put it on a charger & claimed my battery was not holding a charge I explained it was a brand new phone only two months old said he could order a battery & replace it I called when it was to be in & they hadn't even ordered it so they finally actually ordered it which it took yet another week of waiting so when it came in I took my phone in for them to replace it got it home after paying 50.00 for this battery & guess what the problem I originally told them with the charging port still is the problem the phone died before the next day because I couldn't get the charger to stay in the port!! Wasted $50. Because they wouldn't listen to me when I told them what the problem was. I will never recommend them to anyone & will never use them again. I deserve a refund!
