Robert did exactly the work and for the price quoted. I was needing it done immediately and he had other obligations out side his shop which caused him to travel near me. He graciously called, we met along his line of travel saving me 2 hrs of driving time and 3 days repair time because he was able to order the needed part before the weekend. I call that great customer service!
