TLDR: Good stock, and reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prompt and efficient orders if not in stock. Locally owned, not a big box brand. Long Version: The staff there are very knowledgeable about their inventory and the industry, as well as they are always trying to bring in new and competitive products for gaming PC's. They have always been helpful and willing to chat if you want to, if not they'll leave you to your business, ring up your order, and wish you a nice day. They aren't the cheapest option, but are a locally owned store and are competitive with all big box stores such as Staples or Best Buy, so unless you want to search around on the internet and pay a premium for shipping, they are your best option. I have no experience with their service desk as I do all my own maintenance, but from what I see they are very reasonably priced.

My computer crashed and these guys came to the rescue! They worked very quickly and were able to clone all the data onto a brand new computer. Once turned on it was as if nothing happened! i bought a msi motherboard through here and after i had the motherboard installed in my pc for about a month when all the usb's stopped working, i called them up and they said to drop off the pc and they will look at it. there was nothing they could do about it so they took the motherboard out of my pc and shipped it to msi and got a new motherboard sent back, they intalled the new one in my pc for me. everything was hassle free and didnt cost me a dime. they stand behind there products and fix any problems you may have, that's great customer service! My laptop laid down on me and I was convinced it was either a hard drive failure or a nasty virus\rootkit. I was wrong and for a nominal fee (very nominal) it is back up and running! Thanks guys! Glad to see these people in F.S.J. as I dealt with them in D.C. and know them to be honest and fair. We need business's in F.S.J like this, so give them a try.

On 2 different occasions I brought my phone in to get the battery changed. I was told that it would take an hour to have it done. After an hour and a half I went back to pick up the phone and was told that it would be another hour and a half. Then they decided they could not get it done and gave me my phone back with the original battery. Then I brought the phone back in and was again told it would take an hour. 3 hours later they told me that the battery they tried to install wasn't working and they put the old battery back in. I have spent 2 days trying to get this done and am now told that they can order another battery by next week. GO TO MICRO CONSULTING.
