I was having major issues with my laptop freezing up, shutting down all the time, taking forever to restart, etc. I did a search for “computer repair” & Brian’s Company Name appeared so I contacted him. He made himself available right away so I took my computer to him. He diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes (My Hard Drive was on the verge of failing). So he offered to pick one up right away & install it for me. I let him know I required my laptop in time for a Zoom Meeting on Sunday & he said no problem. I had a couple issues when I started it up on Saturday so I called him & he offered to drive to my place immediately to address. He spent over an hour making a couple of tweaks & finding some programs that I was not able to. He did this with such a great attitude & for zero extra charge. My laptop works like it is brand new again, what a relief. I really appreciated Brian’s professionalism & ability to accommodate me on such short notice as well as his very reasonable pricing. What a refreshing & enjoyable experience for a change. I would highly recommend Brian for any computer related issues & if I have any issues in the future I will definitely be using Brian again.
