So i spilled water on my laptop. Within the hour of receiving it My IT Pro had diagnosed the problem, sent photos of the damage, and had given me a quote for the repair. Unfortunately for me the news was bad, but there was no effort to pressure me to waste my money on a repair (cheaper to replace). Thanks for the honesty and professionalism.
