These guys repaired my Acer laptop which had a broken screen. After the repairs it took me about 3 months to notice they stole my cd reader from the laptop. I needed to download some pictures that I had in a CD into this laptop when I noticed it looked different. I recalled using this laptop to download ArcGIS software in 2016 so there is no way the laptop suddenly doesn’t have cd player. You are a thief and I’ll never be back here. By the way, expect me at your store so you can return my player. They can’t be trusted. Never go here, they’ll steal from you

I would like to recommend Kyle for his outstanding performance. Kyle was able to replace my motherboard, heat sinks and fans on my new Dell XPS 2in1. Not only did everything go smoothly, but he managed to do it in 40 minutes. That's really fast service, considering the delicate task at hand. After the replacements were installed there was a HUGE difference in performance. Thank you, Jeremy
