I was a little skeptical at first, but Anish walked me through the process, warranty, and clarified his experience. I watched him complete the screen change out and he was very thorough. I came in Monday because I needed help with my phone and met Jo, I have to say they’re the biggest lifesaver. Im from Texas visiting a friend, and my phone just stopped working completely it just went blank! I was terrified not having a phone for another two weeks but Jo reassured me they’d have it working in less than an hour and when I came back not only was it fixed but it was taken out of its cased and given a very nice clean! I needed my iPhone 8 screen repaired and stopped in at a few other places in town and they were $30 more than what Casemogul quotes me... so I stopped in resolving to spend the quoted $100 plus whatever else for the screen protector (the last one was $55 from Bell and obviously didn’t work). He quoted me the $100 and about 45 minutes. I stopped in after 20 just to see how much longer and he was already finished and threw in a free screen protector! Not sure why but man I was so happy! I was going to replace the screen myself but honestly the time and service was totally worth the maybe $10 I would have saved to do it myself! Thanks guys!
