PC Surgeon is doing a great job with ALL my lap-top needs. Brian has been extremely accessible and very professional. He handles ALL of my issues with a sense of urgency, which I really appreciate. Brian is knowledgeable and has a bunch of patience. He zips around the screen (remotely) and efficiently finds fixes and recommends solutions to prevent future issues. I rarely write reviews (maybe 2 on yelp or trip advisor), but felt the need to leave a positive message after the last service call with Brian. I just can't say enough good things (i'm not much of a writer). If you have a lap-top that needs fixing, any maintenance at all (it's always good to stay current), please consider Brian and PC Surgeon !!!

I contacted PC Surgeon to troubleshoot a laptop that kept turning off. The owner, Brian Hannon, returned my call promptly. This guy is brilliant! He not only listened attentively to the problem, but offered suggestions that I had not even considered. In fact, as we were on the phone, he was scanning his shop for the components to make the perfect laptop for my requirements. This computer was for a relative who is on the autism spectrum. She needed to have a reliable computer for quality videocalls and a CD-ROM. Unfortunately, none of the laptops I considered buying as a replacement even came with internal CD-ROMS. That wasn’t a problem for Brian because he simply put one in. The Dell laptop he built is far superior to her old HP in both speed and clarity. He installed a faster hard drive, more storage, a high-definition screen, and added lifetime tech support. The price was affordable and turnaround fast. What impressed me the most was not Brian's obvious proficiency, but his genuine empathy to our special needs. PC Surgeon truly exceeded my expectations. I recommend that anyone who needs computer help call them.

I've worked with computers since 1984. My system was one of the first hubs in Arizona for the Fido Network at the height of computer bulletin board systems prior to the inception of the internet. I "thought" I could fix anything that went haywire on my computers. Nope! I contacted Brian with a couple of problems I just couldn't figure out and actually observed him working on one computer after taking it in to him. In 20 minutes he resolved the issue as I stood dumbfounded! His work is genuine, honest and quite reasonable. It's not necessary to have a corporate image to know your stuff. Brian is on top of his game and is a very knowledgeable tech. I would recommend PC Surgeon as my first choice in computer repair.

I bought my Dell Laptop freshman year of college in 2008. After 4 years of downloading pratice exams and study guides from some less than credible websites, the computer had gotten bogged down and was really slow. In 2012 I went to PC Surgeon to see if he could salvage the dinosaur. I picked up my computer after a few days and it was faster than when I bought it. It is now about to be 2018 and the Laptop is still as fast as when I picked it up. I can’t thank the Surgeon enough for his services over the years as I have not had to buy another computer in almost ten years.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Brian a little over a week ago. We were having a complicated issue with an external touchscreen monitor. My new computer hard drive crashed, & I had already paid another company $400, to rebuild it. But they didn't save the one thing that meant anything. I use to have a photography website, so I had a lifetime of work & of course irreplaceable photos of family & friends. I had loaded the photos from my old computer on there also, so there was well over 2000 photos, & he came back with only about 30 of them. My old computer kept freezing, so I couldn't transfer them them out again. Then I went to Brian. He not only got all my photos off my old computer, he revived the old crashed hard drive & got ALL of my photos off it. I would recommend him to any one of my friends. Brian has a major chip on his shoulder on the price gouging in the service industry but is also extremely passionate about helping and protecting people. Ive never seen anything like it. I have the Geek Squad service plan and they wanted to charge me to send it away. The microsoft store said the issue cannot be fixed. Brian and he jumped at the opportunity to "beat" the other giants. Drove to his house, spent nearly two hours talking with him. You can see through his personality he has a gigantic heart but likes to go against the grain and separate himself from every other small business. I had two laptops that I thought were Dead. One was physically damaged and couldn’t be powered up. The other hard drive had crashed a long time ago and wouldn’t boot. I was told long ago that the hard drive was hopeless and the data and pictures couldn’t be recovered. Brian was not only able to recover and transfer my data from the damaged computer, but was able to get the crashed drive to work, so the data and photos I thought were lost forever were recovered. He replaced the drive with a new one that was better than either of the old ones AND combined all of it onto what is a reincarnated laptop.... all at a very reasonable price.

We had an emergency situation with our main corporate computer. We were hacked and immediately locked out of the machine, and we couldn't retrieve or access any of our sensitive information. The experience we had with PC Surgeon was awesome, 5 Stars! We had a 15 year old DELL Computer, and a laptop we had been relying on for virtual school learning for our middle school son. Both were slowing down, shutting down, and having to be restarted numerous times a day in order to be used. I had a custom desktop with an aging hard drive that finally gave up the ghost. Now I know my way around a computer as far as hardware is concerned, but I'm garbage when it comes to any kind of coding/etc, so I knew I needed some professional help. After seeing other really stellar reviews on google and Facebook, I brought my rig over to Brent and Brian just to see if they could recover the data and maybe get a new hard drive installed. They worked their tails off not only recovering the drive, but getting my desktop back in tip-top fighting shape with new parts, optimization, and a full clean-up of the tower filtration system. As a Designer, my whole life is in my computer. This morning at 8am, Windows software decided to crash! I know nothing about computers, so naturally I started in full panic mode as the blue screen with the frownie face sat and taunted me.
