This repairman was doing a good job when a point came where I asked him to install a Backup system. He installed one of the best known systems. Then I had a crash. When I went to use the Backup system, I found backup had been limited to exclude much valuable data. While I was under the impression he was fully behind this system, he basically washed his hands of the problem and I got no further relief. He should have gotten only one star but his work was satisfactory before this problem so I gave him the extra star. Later when I saw him in town he shunned me.
