This organization does not have technicians. They farm he calls out to random technicians they find that are willing to work for substandard wages on a per call basis. please. Find a local technician yourself. You will receive better service and a better price. Told me to drop dead when i declined to subcontract for them.

Asked for a simple ps2 to usb converter. Every keyboard in the 90s and even later had them included. Guy had no clue what I was talking about. Asks if he can put me on a brief hold. 5 mins of waiting on hold, I get hung up on.
