Used them recently. AMAZING. 1. I tested the "24 hour" thing, as I was skeptical. Called at 11:30 pm, got a prompt answer and amazing service. I work 2 jobs, managing one. This means I have a hectic schedule and I am hard to get in contact with. He worked with me every step of the way and tailored the repair schedule to my needs. 2. The best customer service I've received thus far in 2019. Upfromt about price, talked me through what he was going to do, checked in after completed, and NEVER sounded anything but professional. This is a 5* review and I don't even think that'll do justice. 3. The price was more than agreeable. This is now my GO TO company for all things tech repair!

Great timely service with feedback on what you want. Something that I thought would take a few days was done in hours. The price is fair too if you aren't replacing parts so that was a really nice deal for the service! If you're in the buffalo area and aren't too great with computers BTS is the place you're looking for if you want quality service.

I recently used their service. Kyle was awesome. He came and picked my laptop and dropped it off for a very cheap rate. My computer hard drive stopped working and I needed a new battery. Kyle only charged $140 for everything. He kept me update with the whole process. He is my to go to tech guy.

Honest, smart, fast, no BS. I have more work for them. When taken to the big box store, I may as well have bought another computer . With my budget tight, a new computer wasn't happening. Now I can just fix and/or upgrade the components at a much better price, like I said no bs, straight up! I will spread the word!
