Had a broken fan on my laptop. Zain tried to fix it without having to replace the fan to try to save me money. After a week of getting the laptop back the fan had deteriorated again, but Zain took the laptop back in to his shop, ordered a new fan and gave a reasonable price. Honest service and good communication throughout.

My laptop's charging port was in need of repair. Zain fixed it properly at a pretty fair price. A few days later, a different issue popped up with my laptop(unrelated to charging port; so not Zain's fault) and I took it back to the shop. Zain fixed it for me on the spot and did not charge a cent. I highly recommend this store if you ever want to get your computer repaired. My computer could not start today, and I think maybe it is battery problem, so I went to a computer store to buy screwdriver to try to open my computer, unfortunately the screwdriver could not open one of screws, and the owner said they charged another $15.00 for opening my computer, and charged me $75-$120 for repairing computer if I want them to do it. I just left this store, and went to Ridgeway Computers & Electronics store, they get my computer back in minutes and even free charge, great service, very professional!!!

I came across this business through Google because I needed to repair my laptop keyboards 'R' and also delete my hard drive and convert windows 8.1 into windows 10. Zain, the stores owner had to phone around suppliers to find this key so he said he'd call me the next day to let me know. He never called me, I had to call him and when I did he said the key would be in the next day from a supplier of his. Again I called the next day only to find out that he mysteriously can't find a key and that he wants me to buy an entire keyboard. He was clearly trying to rip me off so I said no and paid the $85 bill (rip off) for basically NOTHING but a deleted hard drive and windows 10 and NO direction as to how to get a key replacement. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. HE'S A COMPLETE LIAR AND RIP OFF.

I have a second laptop with Windows 8.1 on it and this allows me to play these older games, Emperor:Battle For Dune, Age of Empires, complete 1 and 2, Age Of Empires 3 that will not work on my other one with Windows 10. A part burned out on the logic board and it wouldn't power up. Took a couple of weeks but Zain was able to fix and now it's fine. He didn't charge too much for the repair only less than $200 compared to trying to find another compatible laptop.

My external hard drive was unresponsive. After bringing it in to them they offered support and consult free of charge. My hard drive was beyond simple repair and they suggested unless it was extremely valuable not to bother attempting to fix it. They chose to help me instead of trying to make promises they couldn't keep, or charging me a fortune for something that wouldn't have been worth it. It was kind of them.
