TWM fixed my Epson printer for the agreed upon estimate, even though other problems were found during the original repair which added extra time and work to repair. Saad was very professional and stuck with the original quote, which was appreciated. Printer works fine now!

it took these guys over a month and $200 to do a relatively simple laptop repair. i had to come back 3 times after picking it up because there was always something else wrong with it. everything finally works but now there is a very loud hum from it which i am willing to put up with instead of having a 4th trip back to these guys.

I called today with an issue with connecting a new printer to my imac and the service tech was fantastic. He had my set up the remote access and he was able to solve the issue and get my new printer connected. He also explained the issue with wireless connections and the different settings og 2.5 and 5G. I would highly recommend that anyone needing computer service call the people at TWM Compu Age they will not disappoint!

Charged me 100$ because my cords were plugged into the wrong slots. Tried to throw on extra charges for fixes I didn't need. Nice guy however.. very unfortunate I can no longer trust the guy. the diagnostic I was told was graphic card issue, said that if they cant fix the graphic card, I may have to get a new one. Couldn't even let me know that the problem was just because my cords were plugged into the wrong, which was never mentioned to me. Would've appreciated more transparency.

Very knowledgeable staff. My laptop couldn't boot windows and I couldn't even access the recovery partition to refresh the system. Twm was able to trouble shoot the problem within a day at a reasonable price (faulty drive connector and I didn't need a new drive purchase!)

Great service! These guys know what they are doing. Came is with an issue with Laptop that I had. They found issue causing on my laptop and repaired right away!
