My hard drive (HDD) crashed on my 5 year old Dell laptop. On bootup all I got was the dreaded blue screen. Took my laptop to Mr. Malik and in minutes he had the hard drive out of my laptop and connected to his equipment where he was able to backup my files. That alone saved me a lot of grief. He replaced the crashed hard drive (HDD) with a new SSD hard drive and I had my laptop back in 24 hours. Mr. Malik is a true professional who quickly ascertained the problem, knew exactly what to do, quickly put me at ease and did it all at a very reasonable cost. With my files backed up and software reinstalled, my laptop is humming along better than the first day when I purchased it from Dell. Thank you Mr. Malik.

This person is not reliable but also a scammer, want's to charge you for parts he says he put in your laptop and if you refuse to accept he will try to keep your computer alleging work done ! Avoid if you don't want to loose your money!

This guy has the worst service ever. Charged me 35 dollars for pc diagnosis he got wrong, even when I was sure of what was wrong with the computer. Seemed more interested in getting paid. Not very knowledgeable and still wanted me to pay him to get a consult from another tech person. Had to go elsewhere after paying him and got my computer fixed for much less stress. Has a bad attitude too. Absolute thumbs down????????

If your looking for a shop in Toronto that knows what their doing and is honest, this is your guy. I'm a big techie and do most of my repairs / upgrades on my own. RARELY do I EVER have to visit a shop and I can count on one hand how many times I've had to, and all three have been to this shop. It's a 30 minute drive there from my house and I have tons of other options closer, but I will always come here. When I needed an older style PCI card not only did this guy have what I needed, he was able to give me a price no one could beat and the part was better than the others I was getting quoted for. Always has a huge inventory of new and used parts / components, and refurbished towers and laptops. Months later the used part I purchased is still working without a flaw. This guy has been around the block and back and knows what hes talking about. While waiting some days in the shop exploring options and comparing a few prices for some components on the phone I was able to see his customer service skills while helping other customers and they were phenomenal. He's great at explaining things especially to the non-tech friendly and older crowd. Always recommend this shop when I'm too busy to do a repair or someone asks if I know a guy. Keep up the great work!

So I'd like to start off by stating that I'd consider myself a very Tech literate person and have built a few computers. Now that is important information because I've had an issue with my computer where it would not turn on and I've done all the research I could to figure out what was wrong open it up and even tested it out but still couldn't figure it out. Went down to Super Tech computers and within the first 5 to 10 minutes he managed to figure out what the problem was and just like that it was fixed. Hands down this guy knows what he's doing and is very knowledgeable about computers and I'd strongly suggest that if you have a issue with your device, this is the place to go.

Very poor service, The owner charge price as he pleases. There is no set of actual price of labour. So he just charges at will. Be careful. Customer needs to check other shops for same problem and then compare otherwise its like highway robbery

I have found a hidden gem of a computer service place. It was in Westtowne Plaza near the corner of Dixon and Islington. I almost missed it! I brought my aging iMac in for service and the shopkeeper was surprisingly knowledgeable and patiently checked for problems while I waited. Long story short, my iMac is faster and is working perfectly. Covid restrictions were enforced and I felt quite safe and satisfied. I expected to pay much more but he only charged for what was needed. Thank you, Mister Malik! You are a credit to the community!

I am a very happy customer. Compared to other options I was offered, Malik at Supertech Computers provided the best price, the fastest service, and the best outcome. I found Malik to be very polite, friendly, and accommodating. He was very easy to deal with, but also very knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. The hard drive on my laptop had failed. The laptop vendor offered to replace it but with a 5-7 day turnaround. The manufacturer offered to replace it, but with a two week turnaround. Malik offered to do it the same day, and he did. Not only that, both the vendor and the manufacturer were only willing to offer a replacement mechanical hard drive. They were not willing to put in a solid state drive. One of these guys warned me that a solid state drive would be expensive. Malik agreed to put in a solid state drive (same day), and he did, and it cost me less than what either of the other guys wanted for putting in a mechanical drive. I would certainly want to go back to Malik at Supertech Computers the next time I have a computer problem.

I purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude 6540 on-line from Supertech through BestBuy. I've never purchased a refurbished laptop before, and I expected to see a few scratches or dents, maybe even slightly worn keyboard keys, but this machine is pristine. It looks and runs like brand new!. I had to call them quickly, and Kameron was friendly and helpful. My wife needs a new laptop and I will be purchasing it directly from Supertech. I'm very impressed.
