I've been a customer for over a decade and have sent several friends their way who needed help. Service here is always reliable with an acceptable turn over time. It's always tricky dealing with computer hardware/software, since every customer believes it's easy, fast and that anyone can do it. If you are looking for a bargain or to have someone do the work for free; I suggest looking elsewhere. If you want to pay a fair price for excellent service then you'll find it here.

Terrible service!!! Terrible job!!! He is not professional at all!!! On the first day he said $45 service fee, and couple days later he increased it to 55, also on the phone he told me it will cost me $125+HST, and when I was ready to pay he increased it to $175+HST. His business needs to shut down.

After spending hours on trying to fix it myself (and I know a thing or two about computers), this place did it in an express time. Left it in the evening and got it back in the morning. And I got my spider web type of cabling re-arranged beautifully in my PC. Very pleasant service and great price. 100% recommend.

I had a friend spill beer on my laptop one night! Although it was still working perfectly fine, I knew there was still beer in the laptop as I could smell it and knew if I didn’t take care of it, it could get to the motherboard. I panicked and went to Canada computers as fast as I could. They told me it would take 1 week for them to even look at it, 1 week to fix it, then 1 week to get it back to me. As a freelancer who makes money off of this laptop, I couldn’t afford to wait 3weeks. I remembered there was this small business close to me and called to give it a try. Not only did he fix my issue in 2days, he gave me a suggestion that would speed up and modernize my laptop, increasing my laptop’s life span for 5 years! Mike is the best! Canada Computers or Best Buy’s Geek squad would never. Geek Squad even told me they wouldn’t do it at all!

I tried to install a new SSD drive as the main drive of my very wonky GPD Win2 pocket computer. This caused the computer to stop running Windows, making it completely useless to me. The staff at Compuwarez reinstalled Windows for me, and had the computer running more smoothly than ran before in just a couple days.

Mike is a computer Wizard. After 3 years my computer was literally grinding to a halt and Mike rebuilt it updating Windows 10 to the third version (I didn't even know I was out of date), increased the ram, beefed up the hard-drive, took care of a screen issue and fixed a virus I didn't even know I had. His service was fast and my computer is BETTER than new. My only regret is that I should have done this sooner. THANKS Mike!

Nice enough guy. Took my MacbookPro 2010, in 2015. Told me he'd look at it and call me in a day or two. Never heard back, never got my laptop back. Claimed that after 6 months he gives it some guy who has no name or phone number and this guy smashes macbook pros in good condition. I can't imagine someone would smash a macbook pro as it would be like burning $500 cash. If you put a macbook on FB marketplace then its sold within a day. He had repaired the same laptop in the past and done a good job. The guy at Queensway and Royal York does a very professional job.

I'm a bit late in posting this review, however, a couple of years ago I brought my desktop computer to compuwarez Center on the recommendation of Best Buy Geek Squad customer service. Best Buy did not want to fix or touch my computer because of its age and onboard software. I'm happy to report that Compuwarez fixed and upgraded my desktop above my expectations and after 2-3 years of use I still have a great computer with no problems. The computer technician is very fair, professional and price competitive. However, it came down to his style and overall customer service that won me over. I'm a bit dismayed by some of the reviews here and see that some people like to twist their experience and be very misleading in their repair experience. I needed to set the record straight for this review site and I would bring back my business to Compuwarez in a heartbeat for any of my computer related needs.

Mike was absolutely beyond Patient with me. I could hardly answer any of the questions he asked but he still found a way to fix the issues. My Laptop is back in working condition. Without a shadow of a doubt Mike will be my go to person when I have issues in the future. He is a very nice friendly man. Best service I have ever had with issues regarding Laptop.
