Shawn runs a really tight ship. Always has a great attitude whether getting your package shipped on time, printing some docs or getting your computer repaired. Had my mac battery replaced for less than a third of the cost of RE-Start, and it took less than a day, and was super helpful and friendly. We will be back!

I'm very happy with my new computer. Shawn was very helpful, he delivered on the services and products he promised. A family member of mine runs a similar operation in Ontario, and confirmed for me the PC I purchased was good value for the money, and reliable products. He was even impressed at the warranty offered, which was more substantial than their own shop. This was the first time I have purchased a computer from anyone other than family, and I'm glad I've found a small business that meets my tech needs. I've dealt with Shawn on multiple occasions, for tech issues and shipping needs. PS: To those people posting 1-star reviews because you're not allowed to bring your bike into the shop - your entitlement is appalling. Bikes in businesses are a liability for the business owner. You can't bring your bike into a restaurant, a grocery store, a pharmacy etc. Go lock it up at Shoppers Drug Mart, or consider riding a bike that doesn't cost as much as a car, if you're that worried about it being stolen. I suggest you bring some Timmies cards into Shawn along with your apology.

I received five star service yesterday. I have an older computer and Shawn showed me what part I need to purchase and directed me to purchase it directly so that I can save some money. His hourly billing rate is very reasonable as well. On separate occasion I have also dropped off a UPS package and he took time to show me where all the labels go as it was my first time dealing with UPS and I needed help. My general impression is that he is a great guy doing his best to keep his doors open and customers satisfied.

Had them Install new MB, CPU AND RAM And had lots of problems had them reinstall Windows and still had problems. Went back 2 more times at $52 per time and still had problems, i had to reinstall Windows myself and it still has the same problem and the only answer they have is that I can bring it in for more $ because they say that they have no idea what is wrong. As they said it is not the new hardware because they tested all the components. Never go back to them again.worse service i have ever had! Going to take it to Boomers I do not recommend them Boomers fixed problems as Sneakers put the hardware in wrong and Boomers did not even charge me as they were laughing so hard at Sneakers incompetent upgrade

I dont know how this place can be a FedEx pickup and drop off location when they aren't even open during the business hours listed on their site. I had a fedex slip on my mailbox that said my package would be available to pickup from sneakers at 3pm. I drive over there for 310pm and they aren't even open. I will be complaining to fedex and amazon. Very unprofessional business.

I took my MacBook in for service as it was not booting up properly. The service was professional and friendly, and fixed the problem for less $$ than I expected!. It took a tad longer than I would that thought (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but it was OK as I was out of town for a few days anyway when I left my computer with them. Recommended and would definitely bring my business there again.

Took them some time but they were able to get pictures off my all but destroyed and absolutely ancient hard drives. Drives that three other computer places had been unable to do anything with. Straight up and honest. Keeps you up to date on progress and what's being done on the more difficult things.

I am self-employed, and when my laptop died halfway through my work day, I was desperate to figure what was going on. Shawn was able to take my computer immediately, ran several tests and determined that the motherboard was wrecked. He then proceeded to help me source a new computer from other stores, and then when I returned with a new computer, he was able to load up everything from my old computer to the new one - including files, my favourite web browser, my passwords etc... All of this in less than 24 hours so I am able to return to work ASAP. I couldn't be happier - the service and prices were beyond compare!

I cannot speak to computer repair (see previous 5 star reviews for that), but as a pick-up point for Fedex, Purolator, etc., Sneakers is WONDERFUL. I love the owner, he is so friendly and efficient every time I go in. At this point I look forward to going in there to chat. While I have had plenty of problems dealing directly with Fedex and Canada Post, I have never had a problem picking up my packages there or had problems with locating my mail since it has started to reroute to Sneakers. And in case you read his other reviews, I have to remind you that virtually NO BUSINESSES ALLOW BIKES INSIDE. You lock up your bike OUTSIDE like a person who respects other people's property. Thanks!

The owner was very friendly and helpful with my shipment for Fedex. Told me a lot of things I don't know about shipping to the US. He even filled out all the shipping information on his computer and made sure all the info are correct than he printed the label for me! Never been happier mailing something away! Highly recommend!

My Toshiba external hard drive crashed so I took it in to Shawn. Within a couple of minutes, he'd plugged into it for an initial evaluation -- it was definitely not responding. He quoted a deeper analysis with no guarantees, and I told him to go for it. Later that day, he called -- the drive was slowly responding. The next day, I gave him the 'go ahead' to transfer recovered files to a new drive. He recovered approx 65% of the drive, for exactly what he had quoted. I liked that he didn't BS, and told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost. In the future, I'll take any faulty PC gear to him for analysis/repair, without reservation.

Outlet for UPS ,I went with documentation and photo ID. Not able get parcel I needed a release # after searching for 2 hrs found this required number, returned for parcel,sneakers outlet had sent parcel back,if he does computer work like he services the public I would give a minus 5 stars

Excellent service! I’m very happy that my computer is up and running again. He provided me with a detailed outline of what to expect moving into the repair for costs and potential outcome, checked in with me again after the initial assessment to move forward with the repairs-again clearly outlining the cost, and then fixed the problem. He also provided me with some information about moving forward if the problem occurs again and how to deal with it at home! All in, it was a reasonable price to pay and the communication with me throughout was better than I expected with an outcome I couldn’t be happier with. Definitely recommend this business.
