We had an iphone screen repaired in about 20-25 minutes and bought two cases and screen protectors, and were very surprised at how fast and efficient the phone was repaired. The cost to purchase the cases, protector and the repair was far less than we expected going in and the gentleman was very helpful and friendly and repaired the phone fast like a Ninja. Definitely will recommend this business and hand out the business cards I took. Very happy and will visit this store again.

Omri, the owner of this new Kiosk replaced my the screen on my iPhone 8+ back in December & put a protective glass on it at half the cost of Apple. Today I was walking by his Kiosk & on a whim I stopped to show him the cracks I already had on my screen (I've dropped it a couple of times in the interim) to say that i'd need to get the screen replaced again but since the cover glass was holding it together I wouldn't do it until the cracks became a problem. To my delight, he convinced me that it was the cover glass that was showing cracks... not the screen itself. It took persistence on his part to convince me of this but in the end he said he'd only need to replace the cover glass & could do it while I went into London Drugs for 10 mins at a cost of $10. He was correct of course; the screen was fine & I'm back to where I started with a new looking iPhone. Makes me wonder how many of us have paid for new screens when all the repairer really did was replace the cover glass if there was one? Omri meets the criteria of an honest & dedicated small business owner who really cares about his customers. He's figured out how to best earn customer trust & loyalty. Good on ya', Omri. I brought it in to Gold Apple, he told me at most 3 days which makes complete sense but he had it ready the next day, back to new again. Couldn’t be more grateful for his effort, great guy and honest which is what matters most to me. He also has a huge selection of cases, cases in which you won’t find in local stores. The fact that he had a keyboard case for my iPad with backlit keys was a bonus, hard to find online let alone in stores. Highly recommend.

A month ago I was in a bind to find a cellphone repair shop after 5pm. I called this shop and the owner/ employee agreed to meet me at the shop for a last minute appointment. He was very helpful - gave me solid advice about my perpetually damaged cellphone (I knew it couldnt be repaired, I simply had to keep re-attaching the flex cables to be able to continue using it until the company that sold me the phone decided to replace it for me). The man at this shop let me use his internet so I could download the updates to my laptop for my cellphone (just to see if updating the software might help my problem). He even stayed back at the shop just incase I encountered the same problem while backing up my phone/ updating software. In the end it all worked out and he charged just $20 to reattach the cables for me. Since this time, I have had my phone replaced at the expense of the company I bought it from. But if I ever need to go back for a screen repair, or anything for that matter, I’ll come to this shop. The experience was so much better than what I’d been dealing with at the other shop.

Yesterday I shattered the screen of my iPhone 6s. I figured that it was a good excuse to upgrade to a newer model and walked into Tillicum Mall tonight to visit the Fido store. As fortune would have it, they were closed but Gold Apple was still open. I asked about the cost of a screen replacement and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was quite a bit less than I had expected. Omri was able to change out the screen within 15 minutes and now I have a phone that looks and feels like new (with a new protective cover to boot). I also feel better about being able to fulfill the "reduce and reuse" part of the recycling triad. I agree with these other 5 star reviews - quick, professional, friendly service. Thank you Omri.

I took my phone into Gold Apple last week after dropping it face down on the pavement the day before. I had gone to a kiosk store in the mall to get a quote as well, and they were 10$ cheaper, albeit rude and inattentive. The service repair technician and owner Omri, was personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We had a nice chat about where he was from and how he got into the service repair industry while he assessed the damage and gave me a quote. He offered me a replacement phone for the entirety of the time my own phone was in the store, told me the timeframe for how long it would take to get the parts in, and wished me a good day before I went off for the night. He both called and texted to let me know his shipment was delayed when he found out. When my phone repair was finally done, he contacted me again personally and let me know when he would be ready to have it picked up. I went there shortly after work. Omri did a magnificent job repairing my S20. There are no problems with the screen, no ghost touch, no visual artifacts, nothing at all. I am incredibly satisfied with my overall experience, and will gladly speak accolades through word of mouth to anyone seeking work on their phone, or looking for phone and tablet accessories. Will gladly be back whenever I need something for my phone, maybe a new screen protector sometime soon. I would highly recommend his place of business to anyone reading this review. The owner is a pleasant guy, but after buying what was supposed to be an Otterbox symmetry series, got home and opened the packaging to find a knock-off. Original packaging, but fake case; logo in the wrong spot, material isn't the same quality, no snap on the wallet cover. I should have paid better attention before leaving. Don't trust cases here.
