Chris was very accurate on the estimate and was able to repair my laptop and get me up and running once again. He even said if the cost was going to go up then he would have recommended not repairing and buy a new device. My old HP has almost had it, but it was a free laptop in the first place. As he said to me "your hard drive is on fire". LOL yup it was a gonner. Thank you so much if I ever have to come back will be back, no doubt! :)

I was on my way to Geek Squad until I compared the reviews! I’m glad I diverted to this place instead. If you’re looking for PC repair technician with experience as well as integrity this is the place. They explained the repair process for my PC. Gave me flat fee quotes and had it repaired in a day with all my files intact. All for a small fee. They even throughly cleaned inside the PC. I don’t require PC repair often, but since they also do phones, I’ll be sure to come back.

I had some problems with my laptop today. I visited DTI for assistance. They quickly determined that the problem was with my WiFi extender back home. After returning home I unplugged the extender and my connection problems were resolved. DTI could have easily pulled a fast one but showed their honesty. They didn't charge me anything but offered solid advice to fix my problem.

Awful customer service from Stacey. I asked if they carried a specific USB Flash Drive with her saying they don't but she could order it from Toronto. She never did confirm if it was exact one I was looking for prior to ordering or after when I asked her both times with no indication. Had to chase after her about this along with Stacey's poor attitude. In the case she actually did order it but hasn't bothered to tell me where this stands you can keep it. Thanks so much for wasting my time with such head games.

6/5 star experience thanks to Chris. Came in last September when I was having trouble with my PC that I just built. Turned out to be a very simple, quick fix so Chris wasn't going to charge me for the time. But he was so good at explaining things that I ended up asking for the full hour so he could teach me some basics about PCs.
