I find this to be very convenient as I do not have to deal with the hardware hook ups. He has provided us with computer and software upgrades over the years, including a recovery of all of my files when my computer crashed, some years ago. Any time I have a problem I can call him and he will come over to fix it, or tell me how to fix it if it is a minor problem. We both appreciate his attention to our machines and his ability to teach us about how to do things on them.

I consulted Trevor George (Computers On Wheels), at the advice of another trusted tech professional, with regard to hardware and software updates to our home & home-business network. His solutions involved a new server with redundant back-up routines and enhanced connectivity between mobile and desktop devices. The implementation was fast, effective and affordable. Trevor's ongoing service and maintenance attentions have been intermittent, and as required, but pro-active (from remote). However, on the one occasion that we had a significant problem (stolen laptop) he was immediately available and responsive. I could not feel more confident and supported in my I.T. than I do with Trevor's ongoing attention.

While Computers on Wheels was updating the anti-virus on my computer my LG cell phone would not let me access my email, messenger, messaging. When the anti-virus application was finished on the computer my cell phone still would not let me access email etc. When I advised Computers on Wheels, Trevor advised me to press Restart Update. It took OVERNIGHT to be rid of the blockages on my cell phone, for whatever reasons, but I am so glad Computers on Wheels are there for technology support for someone like me.
