I have used PC Doctor since moving to Victoria in 2005. He more than meets my needs and expectations with each visit. He is professional AND personable, and a pleasure to have touching my computer. (and let's face it, we wouldn't want just 'anyone' doing that now would we?) I have used him for setting up a home business network, for backing up precious old files to new equipment, and for virus repair and protection. He is the only one I consider when needing computer help, and each time I've used him he has left me feeling safe, relieved of stress, and with a refreshed appreciation for my equipment. I get higher productivity because of his thorough care and up-to-the-minute knowledge of threatening issues and helpful resources. Highly recommended.

With a really old laptop that was nearing the end of it's life, when an old PC fell into my lap it was really a lucky thing. Being a couple of years old and used by someone else it needed some care and maintenance and Ian not only handled all of that perfectly, he really went out of his way to accommodate my crazy schedule (part-time worker and full-time student), and get this thing to a point where it was better than a new computer. He also walked me through some things, starting me off in a good way with a new machine. This wasn't the first time Ian helped me or my work out fixing a computer/network/printer for me, and it won't be the last. Top IT dude in town, hand's down.
