So glad I found Bill! I swear my 6 year old Mac book air was about to die. The start up disk was full and everything was out of date. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but a friend recommend Bill, saying that he’s the best around so I left it in his hands and my laptop is all fixed and feels like new again. He fixed the operating system and cleaned it out - he was very responsive along the way. He told me what he was doing and answered my questions via text or phone call right away. Regardless of how big or small the problem may be, Blackfish has always been there to provide us with premium assistance. Bill (the owner) has walked us through any minor issues over the phone (even during our late business hours) and come down himself to fix any more pressing problems.
