I took my laptop here to get repair and they did it same day or the next for a very good price. I also took my iPhone here to fix the screen and he did a very good job on it. Many cheap and good laptop with excellent services. I tells everyone to go here for all repairs.

I Sam Told Mr William Lam to bring back the Laptop to my store and i will install his old broken motherboard and screen assembly back into his Apple Macbook Pro. I cannot do anything about this because Mr Lam refused to give me the laptop to replace the Motherboard. please be informed that, when Mr Lam brought his laptop to my store his laptop was not working, it was dead, he took it to the apple store for a quote to repair his laptop, he quickly brought it back to my store for me to do the repair for him, because my quote was cheaper. Hello Mr Lam please call me to make an appointment. bring back your Laptop i will give you back your old broken monitor and take back my monitor. Hello to all readers please encourage Mr Lam to bring back his laptop to my store.i tried calling him but guess what, Mr Lam changed his phone number, i cannot get in contact with him.

These guys were awesome, I brought my computer in Thursday afternoon, they called me within a couple hours with the problem and cost. They also asked if I wanted to speed up my computer as well by adding some more ram, which I have been meaning to do anyways. I had a call Friday afternoon saying it was ready to be picked up and had it by 4pm. Great price, super efficient and my computer looked brand new. They backed up all my files and had them organized easily on my desktop, and also added some great new helpful apps. I highly recommend them and will be going back if I ever have another problem! Thank you!

Went here for keyboard repair after going to many other places that told me it would take a month to fix my laptop even before taking a look at it. Gcom fixed it over the weekend and at an affordable price! Will be coming here again next time I need repair.

The employees were nice enough and the service was good, they even offered me a 1 month warranty, which is better than you usually get with used goods. The issue is that the laptop I was sold had a virus on it that ended up grabbing a lot of my personal info and passwords, which then lead to some of my accounts getting hacked. Now, personally I don't think the people at GCOM put a virus on the laptop, they seemed honest to me. I assume the previous owner of the laptop may have set up this hack, which isn't the fault of GCOM but I still have to give 2 stars because of how bad everything worked out for me.

Awful place. Do not give them your business. My 90 year old grandfather came here to fix his computer cause he thought it was broken after it over heated one time. They told him it would cost too much to fix so they sold him a computer so old it didnt even know what wifi was. But yet kept his computer which was much newer to fix and sell themselves. Completely disgusting that they would take advatange of a 90 year who doesnt know anything about computers and didnt know any better. Took the computer they sold him (which was a downgrade from his previous computer) back the next day to get the one he had before back. Furious that they would sell him this computer which they told him was the best they had when in reality no one else in there right mind would buy a computer so old without wifi , useless. Took his original computer back home and it was working fine. Would not trust this scammy place.

If you like to be ripped off, if you like being lied to, if you like used product that functions poorly, please visit Gcom, they will provide you with all that and more! I rarely post reviews but felt it basically a civic duty to try to save a few people some headache.

I am a professional author whose old laptop died last week. Gcom was recommended. The staff ensured I'd backed up my manuscripts on another device before wiping and repairing. They could very easily have insisted I needed a new laptop. The price was reasonable and I had my computer back within 24 hours. Excellent experience, and my laptop works like new. Thanks, guys!

i brought my apple computer to fix mother board for 2012 card. Sam replaced it with 2011 model without my consent. He still charged me for full price with shortfall on used part. I would not want anyone to bring their computer to fix. Sam is not honest in his business. I dont expect that his business will last long in edmonton. I am disappointed !! Dont deal woth Sam again.

I brought in my Macbook Pro to Sam to have a third-party battery installed. We ordered the new battery and I returned the following week to have it installed. He had it in and out in less than two hours. The computer is working great and the longer battery life is quite noticeable. Very efficient service and very cost-effective.

Walked in today with my laptop whose charger was no longer working. Within ten minutes, they found me a charger that worked and only charged me for the charger (no diagnostic fee or anything). I had called another place before going to Gcom and they said that it was likely a problem with the charger port and/or the battery and they don't do those anymore because those repairs are typically a minimum of $350 and it's typically not worth it. Really glad I decided to try Gcom!
