I took my slow pc to Dave and his staff. Their recommendations made complete sense and repair time frame was spot on. Dave and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and made my pc like it was brand new. If you need any computer issues resolved, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.

They did a very good job getting out WiFi set up properly. It saddens me to say that if you have them to your home you must watch them every minute. A $270 pair of headphones and the adapter which was plugged into our laptop went missing the day they came. There was nobody else in the house that day and the headphones and laptop were on the table he used to work. We tried to resolve the issue and were met with extreme rudeness. They did agree to refund the $210.00 service call and said they would send an e transfer. We gave them ample time to do so. Upon repeated calls and requests they refused to send it. We are now going to have to write a report with the RCMP in Beaumont. Beware and don’t let them out of your sight.

Two words you don't want to hear......factory re-set. Somehow that's what my computer did, causing me to lose EVERYTHING.... all of my documents and pictures!! Although I had an external hard drive to back up my photos, it wasn't updated so was missing many of the recent ones. I called 310 Geek and Andrew came to my home and determined he would need to take it back to the shop to work on it. Andrew followed up with me throughout the process to keep me updated and to see what specific things were most important. Although I haven't had a chance to look through it all and organize, it does look like my most important files and pictures were located and I'm confident that I will have everything else I need. Whew! Andrew was professional and knowledgeable and as always, 310 Geek does good work. Thank you Andrew!!

Found 310-Geek online and was impressed by all the positive reviews left on Google Review. Went to see Dave with my damaged external hard drive. He is such a knowledgeable person to work with. After a quicker than expected diagnosis, Dave explained to me the reasons to cause the damage and the solutions to bring my data back. He did not ever charge me a diagnosis fee due to a quicker-than-expected diagnosis process. I left with a question to myself about what should I do next. But I felt so fortunate to meet Dave and appreciate all assistance he has provided to me. 310-Geek will be my go-to place for data recovery!

Went in last year with my business acer all in one desktop for a quick diagnosis. I knew it was the hard drive as it was failing. I was told my computer no longer worked so I then went to pick it up the next day and no record of me even coming in or my computer. These guys stole my computer as far as I'm concerned

I had previously been a customer with the 'bigger name' stores that provided IT assistance with my laptop and computer (one of which is now closed nationwide). I hadn't been too happy with their level of service because they lacked the ability to listen to what I had identified as my key problems and what I additionally requested as upgrades. Needless to say my most recent laptop purchase was a real piece of work and I was continuously frustrated with it. Eventually, I "accidentally" sat on the screen and it became useless, however my hardrive was crucial to salvage. The team at 310-GEEK did a superior job at pulling my data and custom building a new laptop that is currently exceeding my expectations. Called 310-GEEK explaining that we needed a new fan replaced in a computer (gave the computer model etc to person booking the appointment). Was told the tech would come out to have a look and fix the issue. Tech came, sprayed canned air in the fan (which we had done multiple times) and told us he would email us with recommendations and an estimate. He sent an email with a $900 quote for a completely new computer and an invoice for $105. We had initially told them what needed to be done and that we wanted the fan to be replaced at the initial visit, not just a consult and a quote for a new system. We were NOT told there would be a fee for him to come out and tell us what we had already told them over the phone, and didn't expect to be billed when no service had been provided. I called and spoke to an associate about the billing and she said it would be taken care of as we were not notified of any fees and the tech did not really provide a service, just a quote for a new computer. If she had any questions or issues, she would call me back to discuss. Seven months later we receive an invoice for the $100 plus tax and an interest charge! When I called, the tech said that he feels that he did more than $100 worth of work and that he accessed the computer and adjusted some programs running in the back ground. Spoke with staff members that were present when the tech was in the office and they say he did not access the computer, and only sprayed canned air to clear the fan and prevent squealing sound. When I told the Tech that it would be best if customers were told of the consultation fee before the appointment, he said they are supposed to, but I will still need to pay. In the end, I paid the account. When I mentioned that he had lost an opportunity to replace 5 computers and a server in our office, he said it was ok because he had more than enough work. Guess he doesn't need new clients...he's got more that enough work! The only reason I gave two stars is because he removed the interest charge when I requested it.

My family business is 90 years in business this year and to give some context the last time we updated our hardware and IT solutions was when Windows XP became obsolete and we were forced to upgrade to Windows 7. Windows 7 was now becoming obsolete and we were forced to upgrade to Windows 10. Am I ever glad I was referred to 310-GEEK by some fellow business owners who spoke very highly of them. 310-GEEK did a complete over haul of our hardware, software and back up capabilities to the cloud. Some of these solutions were difficult as it was integrating some older technology into the new but this was all done in a timely and cost effective manor. The work that was done was flawless, the pricing very fair and the customer service/follow up support received was top notch from both Dave/Andrew. I can't say enough great things about this company, they helped transition my family business that is resistant to change at times into present day technology with great care and attention. I can not believe how hard they worked to fix my computer problems and for what was a more than reasonable price. Suzie and the staff at 310-Geek are definitely on top of getting computer issues resolved. We have used their services for both new computers as well as smaller fixes in the past. We had issues with our work computer and called and they sent a tech out right away and had us up and running very shortly after. We also purchased a refurbished laptop for a very reasonable price and it works great! The set up was very efficient and the tech was more than knowledgeable with explaining it all to us. I have been having some major issues with malware on my laptop lately. I did a full scan with my Norton 360 and it said all was good. Malware was still messing with my computer. I called Dave at 310-GEEK and he got me in right away and had my computer back in a couple of hours. Not only did he get rid of the malware; he installed a program so it would not happen again. He also got rid of Norton and installed a better anti virus program. I told Dave how I did not like my Windows 8 and he set it up to be like Windows 7. I could continue with the other things he helped me with, but I guess the point is that he exceeded my expectations and for a price that was more than fair. I would highly recommend their service. I had Telus come in and setup Internet for me and I was finding the WIFI very spotty. I had 310-geek come in and install and configure a new high end router. The coverage and speed of the Wifi is rediculous now and I have never looked back. Also they fixed my laptop and setup a link so I could watch netflix on my home theatre. I would recommend 310geek to anyone.
