Bye-bye Apple Care!! This is prompt, contactless, 24 hour service with pickup and delivery, worth every penny! I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I’m blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. Konesh also answers the phone himself after 2-3 rings. It’s awesome!

Unreasonably high prices. Called to get a quote for a simple power jack repair and was told a price that seemed pretty high so I decided to put it off for a few weeks. When I called back later he quoted me an even higher price than before. I called another store and they quoted me less than half the price for the same repair. Take the 5 minutes to shop around and you'll likely save over 100 dollars in the process.
