Improvement needed. I visited their twice once for money gram and second for sterling verification. Both time, they said you have to visite other canada post. I don't know who are you that, are not you providing canada post service? Why you mentioned you are canada post if can't able to provide all the services.

The owner of this place is quite understanding and tries to help you as much as he can. He will look for every single possibility to resolve your issue. My package got dropped here and I sent my family member to pick up the package. He spoke with me over the phone for long even though the store was busy with other customers. He made sure that the parcel is going to me eventually. No other Canada Post location does that. Highly recommended.

Rude, disrespectful and unlawful employees. Can't follow Canada Post RULES AND Regulations. Beyond that, he's rude to women, disrespected my wife and attempted to refuse us from receiving our package. I wouldnt recommend any of this places services, due to sheer ignorance of the owner. After speaking Canada Post, we were informed our stance was the correct one, the shop owner was not.

These people are snakes i ordered a projector lamo throu walmart from them over a month ago. They lied and sent Walmart the wring tracking number and bow walmart cant get a hold of them and when i try to call all i get is a machine i belive these people are online scammers

Staff at this postal outlet are very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate that they were able to verify a delivery for a package that came for me but I had lost the delivery notice. Staff were very kind.

I usually go get my student loan processed in Richmond but came here today instead. The man here refused to process my application because I didn't bring a void cheque. A VOID CHEQUE IS NOT REQUIRED IF YOU WRITE DOWN YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT DETAILS. I have been receiving student loans for the last 3 years and have NEVER been asked to provide a void cheque. Why? Again, because you can either write down your direct deposit info (transit/institution/account numbers) OR provide a void cheque. Additionally, I came here yesterday for the same purpose. The lady working looked over my form, asked me for a void cheque but then she saw that I wrote my account details. I didnt bring my SIN card so I had to return. Clearly the man working today does not know what "OR" means. Incompetent fool.

These guys know how to process my prepaid parcel without any questions asked. Been to almost every other post offices in the area and they take hours to figure out how to process prepaid originated parcels. Great service. Offer me service at least few times a week and treat every other clients fair and professional. Highly recommended

If you're a student applying for a grant, please dont come here. Save yourself the hassle because they will make you come back EVERYTIME. I'm not sure if it's fun for them, but it's definitely not for me. The man who spoke to me said I needed a void cheque even with my direct deposit info given already. Smh, dont let them waste your time and go to a more trusted Canada post

If this company wants to advertise as a Canada Post pick up and drop off location then they should also accept calls from customers wanting to confirm pick up hours. Call their number and they specifically don't want to accept ANY messages or calls regarding Canada Post deliveries. I understand COVID19 has affected business hours, but you sent TWO packages back to the sender before the cut off time to pick up. I WORK. YOUR hours have changed and it makes it REALLY difficult to show up when you decide to open. I will be contacting Canada Post with this complaint, and letting them know that you are reluctant to take ANY calls related to YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a "Canada Post Pick Up" location.

This place has terrible service. Overcharges on basic mail compared to any other post office. He changed his price from 1.10 cash to 1.60 if using card. He offers no receipts.

Canada Post wise this place is good. It's a little small and sometimes gets backed up so try to go later in the day or around mid day to avoid lines.

Terrible service. I messed up a $2 envelope due to their poor instructions and they were so damn cheap that they wanted me to buy a new one. Guess those postage stamps aren't cheap. Never take my business here again.
