Previously had an issue with my PC (mobo turned died from a move) and they only charged for the site fee for the trouble shooting / equipment. This week I managed to avoid having to make another appointment for something very simple through some over the phone advice but were willing to show up on site in such notice if it didn't work out. Highly recommended with great customer service.

Laptop wasn't charging, I forget his name but he gave me a free diagnostic/troubleshoot, found where the problem was in a few minutes and sold me a new charging cord right there for 10 bucks. Whole thing was quick and easy, good stuff.

Had a great first time experience at this shop. He fixed my tracking pad and my Wii's laser and he said he doesn't even do consoles. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me a deal for having fixed two devices. This will be my go-to shop next time I need repairs.

Attended for a repair. No signage. Turns out they share a space with someone else. They were scheduled to be open but was not. Called them and they said someone will be there shortly. They called back end asked for a drop off the next day. Returned. Closed. Called rhey said someone would be there in 10 minutes. Left after 20...no confidence in this place at all.
