I had three items to address with respect to my lap top, printer, cell phone and second monitor. None of them were talking to each other and I am on a contract deadline. Another service wanted to take my lap top for two to three days. As this was not possible, I called Michael Graham, who was referred by a friend. Without leaving my home, my second monitor is now set up. My printer, which has not worked in a year - is now working perfectly. It not only prints from my lap top, but now I can print from my cell phone. Michael did all this in well under two hours - and I am able to get to work again in my home office. I highly recommend Michael's work, his analytical skills and his in-depth knowledge of computer-related products. All was accomplished in a very calm and friendly manner.

I was using a special Lockdown browser for my school and while attempting to write an exam with it, something went wrong and I wasn't able to proceed and panicked. Luckily Michael was able to help remotely and in a very short period of time, so at the end I was able to start and complete my exam. It was very stressful experience but Mike knew what was wrong right away and fixed it smoothly. I would recommend this business to anyone who has issues with their computer and other tech equipment.

Diagnosed a few issues with my gaming rig that I didn't have the knowledge or capacity to tackle on my own. Called up some of the bigger computer repair operations in the area and was quoted as taking a few days before it could be looked at. Decided to give this number a call and was very pleased with the service. Took my PC a couple of hours after the call and had all issues and more taken care of by the time I was finished work that evening. Very happy with the level of care and attention provided for a good price. Highly recommend giving him some business if you're in the south end / downtown and need something fixed or problems diagnosed

Mike was extremely professional, helpful and quick with both my wife and my computers. One we had no idea what the issue was and Mike sorted it out and had it back to me within a few days. The other we asked for just a clean and update which he also had done very quickly.
