I was happy to discover this little gem today. Friendly, knowledgeable and amazing support. I needed to get something and didn't feel like driving to Kingston to get it. I walked in greeted with a smile and happy hello and asked what brought me and if they could help. Sure enough they had exactly whatvI needed and they gave me advice on being careful of static because of the time of year. From now on if I am unable to help someone fix their computers I'll be sending them here. I hope they are around for many years to come.

I have been here a few times and the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and for lack of better words eager to help and seemed to go out of their way to find a connector that I needed and it literally saved the day for me and much much hassle. On another occasion I purchased a CPU cooler from there also with helpful advice, I would absolutely go there again first if I need computer parts and service and would like to keep stores like this in business.

Love this company, very different experience as far as location model, however buisness wise. He was quick and easy to use. Not to mention he did an excellent job with my mother's Mac desktop when I brought it. No complaints. Would recommend and also bringing my wife's MacBook in for another repair today.
