So I tried to build my own pc. I had all the parts and such but she wouldn't turn on. So I took it to sharp solutions per recommendation of a friend. Within hours, they had my pc running with windows and all my LED fans going and not a single cable to be seen. Besides their workmanship, they are also all some super friendly chill people who seem to care a lot about their community. I'll literally always be taking my pc here you won't catch me dead anywhere else with my technological needs.

Just built a new computer and had some real annoying blue screen issues. They were able to figure the issue out, and get it completely fixed in a short order. They were willing to work with me on any issues or concerns I had. They were great, especially given the current pandemic.

my experience here was amazing!! even though nothing of mine was fixed here, my brother brought in his gaming PC and was fixed completely in just a few days. even though the employees received the wrong size part, they still made it work by putting the PC in a bigger case!! they also added LED lights. they even stayed after hours to work on my older brother’s computer. one of them (sorry i do not know your name!) was home and was not working but came into the shop just for my brother. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP 10000%!!!!!!!! the employees went completely out of their way to help my brother to the point where we are speechless. thank you so much sharp solutions!!!! (yes, i am devin’s little sister!!) thank you for making my brother so happy!!!!

I did not have a good experience at Sharp Solutions. I brought a working phone into them that had a broken charger port and wasn't able to be charged. They said they could order the part within a few days and have it fixed for about $60. I thought that was a reasonable price so I agreed. I called back and they told me that they had broken another part and they needed to order it. They told me they would not charge me for the broken part so I agreed to let them continue to try and fix it. After calling back over the next few days, I was told it wasn't ready yet. Every time I called, they claimed it would it would be ready the next day. I went in the other day and they told me they broke another part and they needed to order another one. I was at my wits end so I just asked for my phone back . They gave me the pieces and claimed that the phone never had a sim card. I gave them a working phone and it had a sim card! The one star was for them reaching out and wanting to fix the phone. However, my son needed a phone after two weeks of empty promises so I bought him a cheap new phone. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication throughout the process and the fact that I had to call to keep tabs on the situation. They are probably good at what they do, but they need to work on their customer service and communication skills!

I am a videographer and my computer needed more hard drive space. I came here to put in 2 drives in my computer and he put them in while I waited. Andrew is a wiz and so knowledgeable. Fixed a broken wifi antenna wire and suppled parts needed to install the drives all for free. I’ll definitely be back for all my computer needs. With I came here first before shopping online for my current computer. Highly recommended.

Andrew at Sharp Solutions repaired my iPhone 5, which had a detaching screen as a result of a swollen Li-ion battery. He had to special-order the battery first, which arrived on the earlier side of his estimate (about a day). He gave me a heads-up right away. When I brought my phone in the next day, Andrew said it’d be about an hour to replace the battery and screen. It was good to go when I came back an hour later. The whole thing was $96, which I consider a bargain, especially given how easy and fast the process was. Andrew is a friendly and laid-back dude, and took the time to explain what he did and why. It’s clear he likes what he does, and does it well. The two-year warranty on the repairs is nice. If I ever need my iPhone repaired again, or need or other electronics repaired, I’ll definitely go back to Sharp Solutions. Smooth experience. Note on the location: The front door is about 8 feet away from the road, on the northbound side of Rt. 122 in Cumberland. Unless there’s no traffic, you’ll find it tough to park in front of the shop without getting hit or bulldozing the man’s shop. You may want to park in the small lot in the back of the building, if possible.

Very Honest & Very Helpful!! I went to Sharp Solutions with a dead Motorola Z4. They tested the cell phone, found that it could be fixed and provided me with a quote. They didn't stop there. They also suggested other options which was to purchase a new phone online (which they did not make any money). Nick and Andrew are 2 of the most honest, helpful people you will meet in the business. I initially dropped my broken laptop off with the guys at Sharpe Solutions in March of 2018. I had recently bought it after months of searching for the right one, but while tinkering with it I shorted the motherboard. The guys at Sharpe Solutions were friendly and gave me what I though was a pretty fair price of around $350 to get it back up and running. I was living just over the border in Massachusetts so I would call the shop every Friday to get a status update and see if my computer was available for pick up. A couple weeks later, I went and picked up my laptop and took it home. I noticed there that the trackpad was not working anymore, and the keyboard was no longer back-lit, one of the features that I shopped for months for. I returned to the store the next weekend and notified Andrew about this. It was within warranty, so they took it back and said they would fix it. Again, I would call every Friday to check on the status and see when I could come back to pick up. This went on for 7 months, until OCTOBER 20, 2018, when after I called I was told that my computer was finally available to be picked up. In that 7 months I had moved, so my commute to get my laptop was about an hour. When I got back to my car, I opened it up to take and look and realized the keyboard was missing. Having already broke my computer once, I walked back in the store and asked Andrew if he could put it back on for me. He apologized, said they were working on it for so long that they forgot to put the keyboard back on. OK, no big deal. While installing the keyboard, he ends up popping a key off and then breaking it altogether. I am told that they do not have any extras and will need to order one. They see my frustration, and are well familiar with me at this point. They know that I have moved and offer to ship my laptop to me in order to save me a trip. I continue to call about once every other week checking on the status of my repair. I am never given a solid answer and Andrew failed to follow up with me as promised on at least 2 occasions. Fast forward to today, March 11, 2019. I just got back from UPS where I picked up my laptop that was shipped to me as promised back in October 2018. The computer powers on now, but only for another 30 minutes as the Sharpe Solutions team has neglected to return my computer charger. I am grateful that the trackpad and mouse buttons work, but unfortunately the replacement keyboard they installed is not back-lit. Disappointed is as nice as I can phrase this. I don't ever write reviews, but after what was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in ANY industry, I feel like I am obligated to share this.

BUYER BEWARE I would give zero stars, but google won't let me.. I Brought in a circuit board with some shorted components and asked Andrew if he could fix it. I explained that we had a machine down and needed this repaired right away. I was told that they could expedite the parts and it would take a week to fix. In the mean time I found another part on e-bay and purchased it. I decided to have the old one fixed anyway. A week went by, I called Andrew and he had stated that he hadn't even ordered the parts yet because he couldn't read the part numbers from the components. I Brought Andrew the Used part I purchased from e-bay so he could get the information he needed. Again I was told that this wouldn't take long to repair. I told Andrew I did not need it expedited anymore, but still wanted it fixed. I was told that he would call me when it was ready. 3 Months later I stopped in to check on it and was told that the supplier takes a very long time to ship parts. He looked me in the face and lied to me! Again I was told that he was going to call me when it was ready. Several more months passed and I called and got more BS about waiting for parts. At this time, I went online and started to read some reviews... It was clear that I made a big mistake bringing my business there. My experience was consistent with all the other negative reviews on google. Craig W

Great place and great service. They worked on my wife's tablet for over a week and did not give up. They worked like an Army and did not surrender. Tablet is working fine and they hardly charged me enough to pay for their coffee. I had to give them a tip because I felt guilty. Thank you Andrew and your assistant. I am sorry I do not remember her name but she is the only woman working there. I very nice lady and was very polite even though I kept calling several times.

I had an iPhone 6s that stopped working for no apparent reason. They took a look at it and informed me of the issue and what caused it. Instead of the usual robbery scam that other places love to pull, they showed me exactly what happened they also let me know it wasn't worth fixing and to just get a new phone..and who said there's no such thing as an honest salesman? A 5 star rating isn't enough, I give you guys a 10!
