This is the place to take your computer! We have used TechWarriors twice, with Mac and Windows. They were able to do what both Apple and Best Buy told me they couldn't do. Both big companies said I would have to ship my hard drive off and pay anywhere from $1000 to $2000 to retrieve my data. In a last ditch attempt, I went to Psinergy where my roommate had gone the year before when she spilled water all over her laptop. Andre was so knowledgeable and helpful, and managed to back up my data (which I had been told by "the big guys" wasn't possible) all while saving me *hundreds* of dollars. I cannot thank this place enough. Your first instinct may be to take your computer to a big name company, but their employees most certainly do not have the experience and expertise possessed by the people at Psinergy, nor the personal touch or care that made going there so remarkable. Get your computer there now! You'll be thankful you did.

Each time I enter Psienergy I can feel my pulse slow, my thoughts clear, and a sense of equanimity settle over me. Whether it's the Feng Shui of the space, the reflective particles in the paint, the soft music, filtered water, etc., etc. I know not. I just had a WiFi system set up by Andre of Psinergy TechWarrior. He synched all my equipment to the WiFi system he set up for me. He also set up my new laptop to control my TV, printer, Blu-Ray burner and my new wireless speakers. He also put my older desktop on the WiFi network. Had a cracked screen on my MSI GS75 Stealth. Sent it in to get fixed by them. It took around 4 weeks to find the correct parts and install but it's understandable since it's a difficult part to find. These guys are incredible. Andre is the consummate pro, a walking encyclopedia of all things electronic, coupled with a higher degree of courtesy and manners than one usually finds these days. Way back when, I was deeply involved in the world of building, testing and prototyping computers. starting a bit before the Intel 386s and 486s landed. I like to think that I can identify people who really know their stuff, from keeping an eye on the future of desktops, laptops and components, to the manual skills and know-how to repair and replace the tiny components and connections inside today’s slimmed-down machines. These folks clearly qualify. And, they’ve also been at this for a while, so they are totally comfortable discussing and working on machines from the last couple of decades that are still performing, and really only need maintenance and repairs, not replacement. In sum, I accidentally found the gold standard in their services and customer treatment a few years ago, and I just can’t imagine taking my computer needs anywhere else now.

Andre did an excellent job in taking care of both problems. He kept me informed of progress. There was detail estimate of the cost. My PC computer unexpectedly wouldn't turn off when I held the power button and I couldn't get any signal from my monitors. I work Mon-Sat, so when I made contact over the phone on Sunday, I was thrilled to find out they were actually open. I am a freelance videographer, so my computer is very important to my workflow. André listened intently to my computer issues over the phone, and said I could come in for a $25 diagnosis. The fee would be waived if any actual repairs needed to be done, and I would have to consent to them beforehand. It was a very relaxing environment that I felt I could trust. A little over a day later he called me and said that my computer just needed a forced power reset, and so he only charged me the diagnostic fee. He showed me how to do it myself if the problem ever happened again. Super helpful. The only place I will refer my friends or family to in the future. Thanks guys!
