Our appointment needed up going into his lunch time, which didn’t seem to both him at all. He was so amazing!

If I could rate lower I absolutely would. An employee Fran is the most rude, unprofessional and incompetent person I have had the misfortune to have dealt with. I purchased an iPhone 6 without a contract...specifically expressing the need for it to be unlocked. $920 later I find out on a trip to the States it was not unlocked. When I went today to complain Fran was incredibly confrontational and rude. I am dumbfounded that she is allowed to work with the public. Towards the end she refused to apologize for the trouble I went through saying she never did it so she had nothing to apologize for. Apparently Tom Harris cellular does not care about their customers or the service that is extended to them. A professional would have apologized for the misunderstanding and expressed some form of empathy for my having to purchase a new phone for my trip to Washington State. Rude, rude, rude woman. I will never deal with Tom Harris cellular again.

Absolutely amazed at the positive level of professional service. I spent some time in the Powell River Town Center mall this week as a contractor and customer. I also frequently witnessed the amount of abuse the employees at Tom Harris (Telus) have to endure on a daily basis. I also noticed how well they handle these particular interactions with a calm collective manner. It's unfortunate how many customers believe that they can treat service employees in such a manner when they are disgruntled or unhappy. The team at this particular store are very skilled and polite.
