The woman who works in the office Angie , is a very nasty person to deal with . They pretended to have a tire installer be a uhaul representivtivr when they had made error over error with uhaul reservations . Angie has no professionalism and should not deal with public . Ombudsman have been contacted and this representative of uhaul reported after 8 yes 8 calls of brutality and verbal accosting and hanging up all calls were recorded and further action is being taken .

Found myself here twice in the last little while. A wheel alignment, which a front end check showed was a bent steering part. Part replaced, alignment checked, fine. Charged only for parts and replacement. Later, I had a damaged stem on a tire. Got me in and on my way right away, minimal charge. Highly recommend this place. Friendly, Professional, Good Value!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took my car to Ok-Tire to get an out of province inspection. They told me that my lower left ball joint was worn and needed replacement. They also told me that this part was not available (not true) and I needed to replace the control arm for $700. The next day I called them to book my free re-inspection and they told me that I had to replace the whole control arm because it is not possible to replace just the ball joint, which is false, and contradicts what they said earlier. I took my car to a trustworthy mechanic and they found nothing wrong with the lower ball joint and it passed the inspection. Ok-Tire will try to take advantage of you. They call themselves OK-Tire, but I'm not OK and I'm tired of mechanics trying to scam people they think are naïve.

This place is great, staff is super friendly everyone was masked and proper social distancing is practiced. Their alignment guy is the best in town, and all the tire techs are very honest, and don't add extra little services and there's absolutely no price gouging. They will let you know what's wrong with your vehicle, be up front on prices and what's absolutely necessary, and what might become a major problem down the road. If it's unsafe they'll tell you but they don't force services on you or try to con you to see it their way, to make the extra buck. Big shout out to Nolan, Braylyn, Josh, and Jake, they do excellent work and are just good dudes in general. Honesty and reliability go a long way in this day and age, when there's so many people scrambling to cover their bottom line. The Cherry on top of all of this is their prices are fair, and they seem to take great pride in the work they do... Hats off to everyone at ok tire Cranbrook, I'll go to them for all my mechanic work

The staff at OK Tire are exactly what is needed in the world of automotive repairs. They’re friendly, honest and make sure you’re only paying for what needs to be done. They inform the customers of what work they’ve done and what work should be expected in upcoming services so there are no surprises. In my case, they’ve saved me a lot of money in comparison to a dealerships’ recommended service because their inspections are far more comprehensive, even when the vehicle comes in for a routine oil change. I’ve been incredibly happy with the work that they’ve done. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them, as well as recommend to anyone who’s looking for respectable automotive services to do the same.

OK Tire has been my go to for several years now, and even when it's super busy tire changing season, they still try their very best to help! All the staff I've interacted with are pleasant and helpful, even when they're up to their ears in work; they are never irritable or exasperated. I know, like any business with busy seasons, they may not be able to fix my problem right that minute, but their approach is to always be working on a plan to get that problem looked after, and how they can support me as a customer in the meantime. They had my truck sitting in their parking lot not even looked at until 7 hours later. Told the owner exactly what needed to be fixed, he didn't like that. Wasted our entire day checking manuals instead of looking UNDER the truck like I told him in the first place. No parts involved, should've been a half hour fix, turned into 2 hours at a cost of $235. We are not even from the area. He knew this, he also knew we had a 7 hour drive back home THAT day. He certainly wasn't in a hurry..purposely made us wait till the end of the day when he was closing up, just to tell me that I was right about the diagnostic.

JL ran a brilliant diagnosis of the OBD-2 engine error codes, did the research & determined the problem would not be fixed by expensive new parts & work. Turned out to be bad fuel. Filled up tank with hi-test premium gas, added fuel conditioner & there was immediate improvement in engine performance.

Today I took in my car in to have the rear brakes changed and when I picked up, they said that I didn't need new brakes at this time, but they did clean everything up as I had mentioned that they had been squeaking. The day after I spent $1,150 on new Toyo Tires and some repairs I noticed my lovely RTX wheels had black grease all over them. When I called to complain I got screamed at by the receptionist and we had a little go-around. That was some time ago. I bought my Toyo winters and summers at OK tire (as well as my wheels) so I get free changeovers and I've been storing my tires with them as well. When I cleaned my car on the weekend I noticed that there was glue residue on my beautiful wheels and so called ok tire to ask about it. I was told that I could just come by and they would clean it off (why not do the job right the first time is my thinking). I went into the store and inquired about their RTX tires and if they sold cleaner for them. Suddenly, Jay the manager just started yelling and screaming at me - in front of customers and staff. Bringing up things from my personal life that have nothing whatsoever to do with him. He yelled at me inside the store and then again in the parking lot outside. Scary. I believe he only did that to me because I am a woman.
