Went in for a head unit replacement in my girlfriend's 2005 Passat. All we had was the head unit itself, no wiring harness as it was installed in a previous vehicle and we couldn't remove it. Andre's made it work, or more precisely Tanner made it work and it sounds great.

Very disappointed. Wont visit here again. Went in to inquire about a small item. Was told they would get someone to help me and associated did go tell someone. Then another customer inquires about a much more expensive item. For the next 15 minutes I waited, completely ignored while they were all over the other customer like vultures. After that I left empty handed. Even though I stood at the counter the entire time. Dollar signs only at this store. No thanks!!

Spent 2k on a car stereo. Went back 3 times after install. It never worked. Had to get someone else to fix it. The boss offered me 50$ discount if I bought something else... After talking with Andre the owner, asking for half the labour cost back (250$) he refused. I said I'd give bad reviews and drag their name through the mud every chance I get. His reply was threatening me with lawyers. He offered a 100$, which I didn't take. Bunch of jokers. Avoid at all costs.

I went into Andres looking for a touchscreen deck with android auto for my vehicle. The worker Brooke was great with helping me find what I was looking for. Fast forward a few days when I could finally get to installing the deck, when I realized that it did not have functionality although I was assured that they all had this feature. So I went back in to speak with them about an exchange and help installing a different whereas I am very busy and don't have much time for these things. As soon as the associate told the manager he yelled at the associate and told him to just refund, this was very unprofessional. After which the original associate I was working with (Brooke) came over and searched up the deck I had purchased. Once she realized the deck I had purchased didn't have android auto she apologized and said she would talk to the installer and call me when they figured something out. Still awaiting a phone call. So they got back to me and they hooked me up with a much better deck that has everything I was looking for. I am looking forward to working with this location in the future, thank you for the excellent customer service in the end.

I purchased a Samsung smart TV several years ago for just over 3 grand after all said and done. I was sold the extra warranty which I was told if was not used after a few years could be used as a credit towards other purchases. I was also told “If a kid or somthing scratches or throws somthing at the tv it will be covered”. I thought with small kids this is a good idea......fast forward a few years and lone be hold a scratch apears on my screen. I walk happily into this store, and am told that no such warranty exists, and on top of that the store credit I was sold does not exist either!!! Absolutely furious of this deception. The smooth talking sales man that sold me this “deal” no longer works there and I was told I would have to take it up with him....seriously.! Would never buy a thing from them ever again, they should be charged for this however stupid me doesn’t have any of it on paper, or at least that I kept!

John was absolutely amazing and very fast, only took him 5 minutes. We have been to many different Andres locations , John in Quesnel and Scott in Terrace are by far the best , both are very good at what they do and are fast and with a smile and some humour , we have had bad experiences with Chris and his crew in Prince George , each time taking over an hour to do the job and there customer service etiquette is far from proper. My salesperson, Abbey was excellent. She is new at the store and if I had a question that she could not answer she would ask the other sales personnel.She was patient, personable and efficient. Actually out of all of the rest of the personnel she was the best. Although her and the other new salesman worked very well together. Really great teamwork. If it hadn’t been for the others who were dying to get out of the store since it was closing time I would have given this location a five star rating. Abbey and the other new employee were wonderful and they really put in a great deal of energy and enthusiasm. It will be these people who will keep your business going. The other two were laggards and produce really a negative, cannot do attitude. I shop locally and if you look me up I will also at some point be purchasing a dyson vacuum, a smart tv, and a couple of speakers. I will seek out Abbey or the new fellow.
