No need to be suspicious of 'Your Repair Depot'. When my iPhone 6 began acting up I endured it for a few weeks while pondering spending $hundreds on a replacement but decided to take it to Your Repair Depot after hearing an ad on the local radio. I was encouraged by the good reviews on Google and as it ends up my phone was repaired within an hour with a new protective shield installed as a bonus all for under $100 and in fact less than the original estimate. UPDATE: Unfortunately the screen I had brought here to have repaired randomly fell off completely within 2 weeks. I live a few hours away so its not really feasible for me to go back to have them fix it and they were not willing to offer a partial refund (or even an apology really) for the poor quality repair. Took my iphone for a screen replacement, it was assured to me when I paid that I had a 90 day warranty if anything went wrong, which indeed happened. The repair wasn't done properly and I can't make proper calls anymore because my screen just goes black. When I went back just over 30 days after, they found a reason for my confirmed warranty not to work. Now if I want to fix it, it would be the same price as the first time. It's expensive enough to fix our electronics, would be nice to at least have good customer service.

Im so impressed by the service I received at Your Repair Depot. I cracked the screen on my phone, and even with an extended warranty from my cell phone provider the deductible was close to 450$ and I would lose ALL of my photos and videos as they can't transfer media data if you have broken screen. I luckily found the Repair depot, where they were able to replace my screen. It only took a day and it saved me losing all of my photos for the around the same price as the deductible, priceless! Also back up everything you take in a cloud.... Thanks guys!

We’ve all done it. We don’t like to admit it. We’re embarrassed when someone sees us doing it. But if you drop and ‘crack’ your phone you don’t have to show the shame. Bring your phone or other cracked handheld to Your Repair Depot! I brought my seriously messed IPhone 8s in and now it’s good as new. Way cheaper to fix and maintain this device than have to buy a new $1000 handheld computer every couple of years. They service batteries too! Thanks Your Repair Depot!

My iPhone stopped charging - I brought it in, fearing the worst. Turned out the charging port was plugged with dust and grime from work. The problem was diagnosed, the phone charging port cleaned out with tweezers and working again in no time at all. Will definitely go back.

Sent my brother here: 1. They ordered the wrong laptop battery, then tried to get a fee for returning the one they incorrectly ordered. 2. They then ordered and installed a new battery, and after one day, it stopped working. 3. Currently refusing a refund, and insisting they repair the computer, unfortunately, they don't seem qualified. *prediction* - they respond to this post with a corporate style apology while deflecting blame onto someone else. To whoever is running this business, issue a refund. ----------- Response to business' response: When he was on the phone ordering the part from the owner, he specifically asked if he should bring it in to confirm the parts number, and was told there was no need. When the salesperson insisted on the return fee being paid, my brother was told 'that doesn't sound like the owner to say that'. You can at least refund the labour in order to go to a different shop.
