Dans le passé (sous garantie) j’avais eu à aller chez Apple pour un problème de touche de clavier défectueuse et c’était dès réparation du e valeur de 1200$!!!! Le problème chez Apple, c’est qu’ils ne réparent rien. Ils change les modules au complet donc pour un problème de carte mère, c’est tout le board qu’il faut changer et ça coûte plus de 1000$. Dans un cas comme celui-là, Apple suggère toujours (bien évidemment) d’acheter un nouvel ordinateur. J’ai contacté Fred de chez Apple repair et il a pu sauver mon ordinateur qui était vraiment mal en point…oui, j’ai bien dit « réparé!!! Ça a coûté une fraction du prix et il fonctionne à merveille. Je l’ai apporté le mardi et il était réparé le vendredi! Super service et communication A1. Si l’obsolescence dont Apple fait la promotion vous écœure, faites réparer vos appareils! Honestly this place is fantastic and I'm so pleased that I got my Macbook Pro screen (2017) replaced here in NDG! Dondre immediately made time for me to have my computer fixed, since I work off of it everyday and the place I had gone to before is closed until January 4th. I was soo pleased they made time for me to get it fixed the day after Christmas(fixed almost right after I broke it when I thought i might have to wait because it's the holiday season). I also was so happy that they offer delivery service & it was dropped off at my door in the evening on the same day it was dropped off. I'm honestly so impressed that I had to write a review to support this business. This was even more affordable than other mac repair places in Montreal. Given the extremely high ratings (and close proximity to where I live) I wasn't going to get a 2nd quote elsewhere. But then I had time and did. I was quoted $600 for what appears to be a pretty common swapping of the 2013 iMac hard drive for a solid state drive. Apple Repair Montreal (unfortunately further away on St. Denis) quoted (and charged) $454 (tax in). My iMac is so fast now. But I'm glad I got a 2nd quote!

Where to start ... Frederick is such a genuine and transparent person. He will take his time to explain the diagnosis, exactly what can be done to solve the issue and he will not cut corners because he wants his customers to receive the most honest and best service possible. My 2017 macbook pro with touchbar developed what is colloquially called a ''Flexgate'' where the screen starts flickering because of the development of microtears on the screen connector. Frederick explained exactly what caused the symptoms. He was honest and 100% transparent about the repair. He proposed to try, him and his technicians, to weld the microtears because it would be less costly for me. He could have easily told me that the only solution is to change the screen, making the fix a lot easier and more ''profitable'' for him. In the end it costed me a fraction of what apple quoted me. He even proposed to lend me another laptop for the duration of the repair and he personally delivered my macbook on a weekend! I'm just a random guy on the internet but trust me when I say that I don't write reviews very often, this is my second review ever written. I only review if the service is truly excellent. If you ever need apple repair services or even just to buy an apple product, I highly recommend to check out Apple MacBook Repair Montreal because you will receive the most genuine and quality service, all that at competitive prices.

I had broke my MacBook Pro screen and was faced with quoted very high price points from probably every other repair shop in Montreal. The man I spoke with on the phone was very empathetic of the fact that i had just recently purchased the MacBook from an online seller and was very reasonable in the price point that he gave me. They also have the option to have your laptop picked up and delivered from your home which is extremely convenient and my laptop which was expected to be fixed in 2-3 days was actually fixed in 6 hours. 5 star service. The laptop had a minor scratch on thr cover so the company compensated me with a complimentary laptop cover, keyboard cover plus they added the 4 rubber feet on the bottom of the laptop which i never had originally. This company is not one of those companies jist trying to make a quick buck i trust there advise and will continue to bring my business to them. Thank you Apple Repair.

I dropped off my daughters computer about a week ago. Stupidly I did not get a receipt for service, nor was I offered one. the guy who I left the computer with said he would contact her with a quote. To be fair, my daughter did receive an email with a quote, though she did not see it and decided to call several days after I had left the computer. We got worried when our call were not returned so we decided to drop by, no answer by phone or door. We finally got a response to our messages (it took about 3 days) so we are hoping for the best. Update: the technician offered to lend my daughter a computer while he completed the repairs and her computer was fixed to her satisfaction.
