To summarize, the Source services three prime markets: mobile, audio/video, and console gaming. There may be some other odds and ends sprinkled in there but it's not their focus. Last visit I was looking for a specific item, after a circuit of the store someone asked to help me and immediately pointed me to the correct shelf. Checkout was quick and easy with only a cursory attempt at a warranty upsell. I overheard other staff giving patrons actually useful advice for transferring accounts to their new devices. All said, I was pretty pleased with my visit.
Like the other post says, way over priced always under stocked and lacks many other items. I almost always look out of town and online first.

I was looking for smartphone, good quality and affordable. Store Manager and other staff work with us over an hour. Gave us different options with price ranges. I was amazed being seen their patients! They are very knowledgeable, friendly professionals. I changed my mind so many times, but they kept smiling and helping us. At the end, I bought XS Max. They offered phone case in discount rate. Also gave us other promotional items. These are even cheaper than big cities. I would highly recommend others to try this store.

All the staff were absolutely no help, and showed no interest in helping us buy a new phone. They were useless with information on products and borderline rude. We left very unimpressed they need to learn some customer service skills or leave forever. This isn't the first bad experience I have had.

Great Store but poor customer service. The staff is pushy and to tries to sell you non-branded equipment when you are actually looking for something else. I needed a genuine apple cable and I was forced to buy a non- apple product by the long hair guy saying apple “only has a name”.
Better than they used to be but nowhere near the good old days
Store manager Rosa wouldn't even consider giving me a refund for dried out printer cartridges even though they were proven to be improperly packaged. Way too expensive to begin with. When I bought the cartridges there was a woman there giving an employee the business for something else gone horribly wrong. Be careful here.

I bought an iPad from the source website however they sent the wrong colour. I saw the colour i wanted was already sold out on their website so I tried to contacted the customer service with not much hope. The lady on phone was really helpful and helped me to call the store in Royal City Centre to hold the correct colour. When i went there the staff (i believe his name was Chris) was very professional and kind. They made my shopping experience from feeling disappointed to feeling happy and satisfied!

This store is very clean and well kept, it's easy to navigate and find things. Taio is wonderful. Very personable and helpful, didn't make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He was extremely knowledgable when it came to phone plans, as well as phones and accessories. He made a stressful time much more bearable.
Big shout out to the store clerk working last night. Without even realizing it, he solidified my pals relationships status. She walked in when her guy was at the till and he casually said "girlfriend?" and they both responded "yup". I would give a negative rating if it allowed. FIRST I go in to buy my kids a controller with the money grandpa send them. I give the sales clerk my $ and then. two other customers walk in and want service. well my transaction was dropped and the other customers started to get served!!!! so I say something and finally get my controller . I get home and setup the controller and it doesn't work. there is a crack in the cord from being bent in the box for so long I imagine .... I being it back today and the last remembers me and apologized for the other day..well today the sales clerk was o so rude! first he says I am not getting my money back but a gift card! I object and say I paid cash I'd like cash back. this dude slammed the cash register and slammed pens and receipts on the counter, scared the baby I was watching with his anger THEN HE STARTED CHASITIZING THE SALES CLEEK THAT SOLD THE CONTROLLER IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I would like to thank Isaiah last wekend i went too best buy to get my tablet fixed cause it wasnt turning on wifi they wanted to charge me to send it off i didnt think it was worth it cause its a cheper tablet so i went to source and the young man showed me some tablets however he asked to look at mine when i told him the problem he said it was on airplane mode and then connected it to the wifi at source to show me it worked when i asked him how much to fix it he said they would never charge for somthing like that or helping a customer I will be returning to source for my electronics
I went in to pick up a monitor cable. The one I wanted was not available in store, so Kyle ordered it on my behalf from the website. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, it was not the cable I should have ordered. Customer service was not able to cancel the order by the next morning, so they advised an in-store return. When the notification came that it was in store, I was happy to see that it was Kyle I would deal with once again. The customer that he was dealing with was very pushy and rude. Kyle dealt with him with a cool and professional manner that a lot of people would have had a hard time maintaining. While the other customer was on the phone with the phone company, my return was processed with the usual friendly efficiency. Job well done Kyle. Keep your chin up - not all customers will treat you with such disrespect.

It's been a while since visiting, no more gadgets for electronic tinkering. Just lots of consumer electronics like other stores although they do seem to have some neat specialty items not found elsewhere.

Excellent customer service -- I worked with a salesperson named Rider to find the perfect mesh, high back chair. Rider was great at figuring out what I was after by asking good questions, their reception was super friendly, their shipping and receiving was super friendly... I'll definitely be checking back here first for any office furniture. I did a fair bit of shopping around for chairs before I came into the store and I would also say that their pricing is right on par with everyone else as well (e.g. Staples) but they carry much larger selection and higher quality pieces depending on what you're after.

The Source Exchange/Return Policy is the worst policy among the chain stores. I purchased a camera from the Peterborough Location and it wouldn't charge, so I went to exchange it in my home town of Lindsay and they instructed me to deal with Peterborough since I purchased it there. She also told me if I bought the warranty (wasn't offered) she would have done the exchange. This just enforces the point that they can exchange but won't! I will be returning the camera and quickly going to BESTBUY

Staff were extremely helpful and very kind and understanding. I had bought a screen protector for my phone and 3 days later it was falling off I brought it back and showed the man behind the counter he exchanged it with no questions asked for a brand new one.

Two visits...spoke to Jesse both times. I still have not upgraded my phone...my partners original plan was messed up even though Jesse said he wouldn't change anything. During the second visit Jesse apologized and said he fixed the error. We came home and called Bell to confirm that it had indeed been fixed only to find out that it hadn't. Certainly not a happy customer. We are not pleased with the service at all.

I really hate going in here, sometimes there's no choice if you really need something and Walmart doesn't have it but the source and it's staff have one priority, sell bell mobility and home services. Maybe it's the commission from the phone sales, but it's awful when a client wants to buy something quickly and the staff are so preoccupied with bell mobility that they don't even bother to acknowledge the presence of other non bell customers.

Limited stock probably means "Display Models only" I put a laptop on hold for a store an hour away because it was showing as limited stock. The sales person I spoke with on the phone did not say "Yes, we have one here, it's the display, I'll box it up for you" because then I would have said "Nevermind, I'll order online" and would not have driven the hour to be disappointed. At least Best Buy says "Open Box" or "Display Model" and gives a discount. The Source was not going to tell me and was not going to offer a discount. Not pleased.

I was working here i would be much of the same. My only complaint is that some of the workers can be a bit unknown of technology they sell,and they try to pull it off like they know it all anyways.

Friendly enough staff. Not too pushy. Decent amount of items given the size of the store. However they have an extremely anemic selection of remote control toys, and general electronics supplies. Was very disappointed in the lack of items that interest me but overall not a bad experience if you just need games, headphones, or phone accessories. About what you can expect from a mall setup.

Disappointing to see that the precovid19 practice of upselling really has gotten much worse. Needed a simple replacement ear phone for my cell, gotten 10 min later at another place for 15$, and not the 65$ or 119$ they were pushing.

One of your employee changed my phone number without even asking and he told me my all the previous bills have been paid and I only have to deal with the new service provider. I got the bill and it affected my credit. When I said no to buy the screen protector and phone cover, he said not to use phone if I don’t buy them from there. The worst customer service experienced in Nelson yet. Unacceptable service consistent with every visit here. The employees couldn’t be doing a worse job at even trying to act like they want to assist their customers. While I waited to sort out an issue, I watched customer after customer get such pathetic service that it was actually shocking. The staff acted inconvenienced by each of these customers’ simple requests. One particular fellow actually sighed at an elderly man for asking for help with choosing ear buds and acting extremely rude for the entire interaction. The man was beside himself but remained polite. He also followed no social distancing protocols with customers. The staff stare at the customers coming in, looking at one another waiting for somebody to step up to help the customer, instead of asking how they can assist you - they do not acknowledge until a customer asks for help. I repeatedly watched around 3 customers get frustrated for getting zero assistance and one left the store. They were not busy. I should also mention that I was set up with a completely wrong device on our plan and charged for it for 4 months (tablet setup instead of a cellular setup for an Apple Watch for several months). Turns out the previous employee “messed up” and they couldn’t do anything about it, no credit, and not even in-store credit despite the employee stating that this was a big screw up on behalf of their colleague. How is that acceptable? Instead, they blamed Bell and said there wasn’t much they could do. So I guess I have to pay $85 because their employee set up a non-existing tablet on my account. Pretty ludicrous experience that does not even meet bare minimum of service.
Great service!! Switched from Bell to Lucky cell phone plan. And The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a problem with porting my number so Kaitlyn and Colin and eventually Matthew helped me get it working with a temporary fix of forwarding my old number to the new Lucky number. Highly recommend them for great service!!

I was very disappointed in the staff at this store. My 83 father purchased a ps5 and had to pick up person. Well that’s understandable but they stated that they cannot carry it out for him. My father has mobility issues and the staff could and would not help him. This was very discouraging to see staff have no empathy or compassion for the Elderly. It made me so upset that I will not enter the store again in my lifetime anyway.

Terrible customer service. Recommended the wrong product, refused to refund because we didn't have the original card it was purchased with, then we we did have it (the cardholder was out of town previously for work), they refused to refund since it was 15 days past purchase. Their Facebook page is full of similar horror customer experience stories. Avoid at all costs. Go to Superior Sound instead. They set the bar really high for customer excellence, for any industry.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee that was "helping" me try to return a defective product made it seem like I was trying to take from him directly. So in frustration I settled for an exchange. I wouldn't recommend this store but seeing as it's one of the only tech place in the area it makes it difficult. Never shopping here again.
I went with the intention of buying a television. I was in a toss up between 2 models. I asked what the difference was, and the salesperson googled it. I could have done that myself... Needless to say, I left empty handed.
The Source is located on the second floor. Selection could be better, and some of the staff need to be trained better.

They enrolled my mother in a terrible cell phone plan with Virgin Mobile. I don't know why this plan was promoted. It had 5 GB of data with a terrible Huawei phone for 2 years. My mother is not technically savvy and can barely use a phone. If that was the extent of the issues, I wouldn't have posted a review. When I looked at the Virgin Mobile plan more closely, they charged horrendous data overage charges every month. My mother had been paying over 1000 dollars in data overage fees during a single year. One bill was 400 dollars alone. I would stay far far away from this store. When I called to cancel my mother's phone line, there was exhorbitant cancellation fees. When I asked to increase the data, it was 15 dollars for each additional 1 GB data. I don't know how Virgin is in business. Horiffic. Will never do business with this store again. Update: Cancelled the Virgin mobile plan and was hit with another 100 dollar fee.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and not ONCE did they try to kill me. Picard transported me down the tv I bought the previous day and I had no issue returning it for another. Yes, I had a problem and they did everything they could to make it right. I ended up with an upgrade (which I happily paid a bit more for) and still no attempts on my life. AWESOME. Highly recommend.

Last week we purchased 2 Samsung Tablets. They had some in Penticton so we paid for them and they said they would have them in this week. Today we went in to pick them up and they told us we need the receipt. We did not have it with us and the sales person gave 15 different excuses as to why we could not pick them up without having the receipt. We live some 20 kilometers away and they refused to give them to us. We are seniors and treated like we were criminals. First time in my life that I have ever been treated that way. We are very upset at tge treatment we received and we are cancelling the purchase and will look elsewhere for this product.
We always go to The Source in the mall, Jeremy is always so nice and really knows his stuff. I would recommend this store to anyone.
The worst experience ever I bought a new Xbox controller and got the insurance so if I had an issue I could take it back. When I went there they couldn't replace it. I will never be back even for batteries.

Went in to get a new phone as mine had just broken - Sumail was knowledgeable about the product, considerate of budget (he went through the different options of plans and phones thoroughly) and friendly the whole way through. Great team at this store - I come back to this location because of them every time and I've never been disappointed.

I bought a TV there and it was a fussy thing (not their fault, I jokingly said it had attitude problems!) and when we got home and unpacked it, we found out the screen was badly damaged. So we brought it back the same day and they were very helpful and reliable, great humour as well, any sadness I had over buying my first (broken) TV melted away because of how great the atmosphere was. They immediately helped me out to get a new one sent over ASAP (bought on Weds, picked up the replacement Friday afternoon) and the kindness and understanding the employees had helped a lot. It was a great deal on a great TV once I got my second one home, HAHA. I appreciated that when the second one came in they opened it up in front of me just to make sure it was okay despite being very busy. A couple weeks later and I am still loving my RCA TV, it is everything I wanted and more, and would absolutely go back. I don't know how I managed to have fun returning a broken TV but I did! ????????

Staff was nice, but used awkward and borderline aggressive sales tactics. I was there for a $3 part, which I was told they dont carry, and promptly offered a "super amazing deal" (his words) on a $350 Samsung tablet with a monthly 3GB data plan?! As I was declining this deal I found the $3 part I was looking for. He then offered me a 40 pack of AA batteries, I declined, and he offered an even better discount on 40 AA batteries... I declined again and he asked if I had a home phone, presumably to offer me some other super amazing deal but I thanked him and left. Next time I'll pay the $2 shipping on the $3 part and get it from Amazon.

Subject: Insulting the customer and answering questions rudely by the shift incharge (CURTIS) in Banff Source electronics shop during Black Friday sales Morning. I think based on Judging on my appearance he insulted/ ill treated. Posted on November 29, 2020. We purchase a phone on August 21,2020 from the Source as sold by Banff source sales person. The sales person mentioned there is some credit amount can be used as a gift card and we waited till black Friday. We are opening a business in Banff so we thought to use the credit amount for purchasing some business electronics items. At the cash counter, We had been insulted, humiliated and rude to us in front of all the customer by the shift incharge Curtis in Banff Source shop. He mentioned to go to British Columbia to find the sales person who sold the phone from their shop. Since the sales person sold the phone to us did some mistake and got job transfered to British Columbia sorce store . He was fighting with my wife. No patience to listen or respecting the customer to speak. Handle the situation not properly. Sorry I am not worried about the gift amount. My family was insulted in presences of all the customers and lots of sales staff. He could have explain to us nicely. I mentioned him I will not come to back to the store of bad experience and humilated, he mentioned he doesn't care. I had to go to another store to buy some of my office electronics item. I have no idea till now why he was so rude , I think because he does not have customer service experience. I do come from hospitality back ground for 15 years. He doesn't want to listen to us from the beginning of our conversation at our final stage to make the payment in the cash counter. I cannot forget by the way he insulted my family. Have been here a few times over the last two years and am more impressed every time I go. All of the staff are great to deal with, especially Devon! He's helped me a few times and is one of the friendliest, most informed sales staff I've ever encountered. He is FULL of good advice and manages to find the best deal almost without being asked about it. It's like he actually really likes what he's doing and cares about the people he interacts with. I don't think I've ever had such a great experience with sales staff. And the warranty plans are amazing! Definitely recommend to people and will go back whenever I need electronics.
worst customer service ever. first of, I didn't get my receipt for the item I ordered because of employee error inputting my information into the computer. when I called in, the manager acted as if it was my fault & was completely rude when I just wanted a simple solution and a eta of my order. then, after not receiving any e-mail or phone call that my item came in I just went in store to check as I was at the mall anyways and the employee working rudely asked if I had gotten an e-mail or phone call and when I said I hadn't he continued to tell me that I would when it came in, then I asked if he would just check and he went to the back and said "okay, yeah it's here. I need to see some ID." that was fine, the worst part was when I was totally flustered with the whole situation the employee had the nerve to tell me I didn't need to be like that and that I was the one being rude. I will NOT be returning to this business and nor will anyone I know of due to complete and utter disrespect of customers THAT are the REASON your employees have jobs in the first place. it is definitely not the time of year to be treating people patronizing your business this way.

customer service was ok from the guy who took care of me. ill say he was a good person, polite and friendly, id return. maybe the information i requested was out of his field of expertise, and maybe i should have done my research. it was the guy who was working with him, that knew these things, didnt offer any of it, had to be asked, and he answered without any of the other guys courtesy. thats what sticks out in my mind. anyway, i spent just under $300, so maybe i wasnt that valuable a customer, or important enough. i know how they work on sales and earn from that. so i guess i get it. in any case the guy who helped me, stand up guy. guess thats all that matters

When I first arrived in Banff I went to The Source to set up a mobile phone plan. Liam at the store found me the best product at the best price - doing all of it in a really friendly, welcoming smile. While the company that I signed on with messed me around for two months, Liam stood by the deal and worked tirelessly to ensure that it would work out. When he went to the store manager (who was named Simon, like myself) both worked together again and again to resolve the issue - which they did. Would recommend Banff The Source to anyone, just due to the incredible staff here. ...Also, Liam needs a promotion!

If I could give this store negative stars I would. -5. I am highly disappointed. Today I went into the Banff source store located in the cascade mall where I was hopefully going to attain a new mobile phone. I was shocked and apauled at the service I received. Firstly it took the staff at least 5 minutesmto acknowledge that I had even entered the store where there was only 1 other customer inside and subsequently offer what they believed to be help. Once the attendant, Liam came over I explained my budget and what I wanted in the phone. He then repeatedly tried to sell me something twice my budget and also had no other knowledge of any other products that would of suited me better. He took me to the counter where he continued to say 'do you really want this phone, it's not good'. I was beginning to become frustrated. He continued to be condescending and judgemental and made me feel that I was unwanted and this sale was a chore . I was then rudely passed onto another employee as Liam needed to go on lunch break and was left again with another rude employee . He then continued to tell me my choices where wrong and that I should not buy the phone I wanted, however was not given any explanations or alternatives that fitted my needs. I was then left standing at the counter with the salesman who just gave me the impression that I should leave. I was incredibly disappointed in my experience and would never recommend the store to anyone. I truly hope the staff take a good hard look at themselves and get a lesson in how to treat customers.

My mother went in this store wanting help with her tablet. She left with a new cell phone and new cell phone plan. She was paying $100 a year on her pay as you go plan and was switched to a $45 a month plan along with a new phone. How is that for for an example of up selling! When I went in to complain I was told, "we are the store for things you want not the things you need". I guess they got the commission for the phone and the phone plan and a check mark for elder abuse. Stay away from this store.

I went to buy an Ipad Air and spoke with Katie to clarify that i didnt want an Ipad air 2. After not ever having a tablet of any sort, she verified that what i am purchasing is in fact an original Air. I ended up recieving the Air 2 and am now stuck with it. I had only realized this when i viewed my monthly bill at home. Im not impressed and will not be returning to this store.

Horrible experience. They are advertising a promotion whereby they will give you a free HD Bell receiver if you buy certain TVs. What they don't tell you is that this promotion does not apply to people who live in Hudson's Hope or any of the communities outside Fort St. John. This is not mentioned in their ads and I wonder if this is a legal practice. I suppose I will let the Better Business Bureau determine. Also, I wanted a smart LED TV and they gave me a 3D TV, so I had to come back all the way from Hudson's Hope (80Km). When I came back it was only to return all their stuff and forget about their brand name for the rest of my life. So long The Source.

The behavior of the manger Rose in this store is unbelievable and unacceptable oh also unbelievably unprofessional. I've watched this woman almost scream at an older lady over her being confused and asking questions which is outrageous because there is no reason to ever really need to raise your voice with a customer unless they've become aggressive first. I've spent probably spent a few thousand at this store on a laptop, switch light insta carma a whole bunch and EVERY single time I go into this store the manger Rose shoots me a dirty look and I've never even really spoken to her. It's just unbelievably unprofessional and i don't understand how anyone thought it would be a great idea to make the awful old mangers wife the next manager, because she has CLEARLY taken his footsteps. Not to mention i cant belive they allow him in the store after some of the things I've heard.

Dropped in for a quick visit during our trip across the province heading to Gros Morne from our home in St John's. The reason for this visit was an unexpected one and we googled electronics stores in the area. At the time of the visit we were looking for an auxiliary cord that could connect a pixel 2 to 1/8" aux.... Something that is very hard to get lol. We were quickly welcomed by the sales associate and he was very knowledgeable of the request (he mentioned his wife had the same phone and knew that getting adapters for it was tricky). He gave a few suggestions to check out and we were extremely grateful for his help. This employee went above and beyond and due to the visit we had we would highly recommend him and the store.... Unfortunately I can't remember the name but if the manager reads this the employee was working on Aug 4th. He's doing a bang up job.

Friendly staff, but they have limited products, they can have very good deals but make sure to check other places for similar deals first before you take deals there for products like from Bell, heading to the bell store I got a better deal then what they could offer at the source this time, however they are very kind and helpful and I did feel bad going to bell and not giving them the sale. They are very nice and knowledgable even when asked about a product they don't have, with 20 plus years in the IT industry I was able to have a technical conversation which is enjoyable as it's rare to be able to do that.

I bought a cell holder to stick on the windshield. It did not hold itself up much less with my cell. It will be going back. But just because the one thing didn't work for me doesn't mean anything negative about the store itself. The man who was helping me was great. I had to go in for some headphones for a birthday present. The salesperson was super pushy asking me for my cell plan provider. I told him we were happy with what we had. He started arguing that the providers they have were better and cost less, asking me how much I pay and not dropping it when I said we were not switching. Another sales person seemed to try to get him to stop but he didn’t take the hint. I almost walked out without the headphones but it I needed them for a present. Service was rude and pushy for something I didn’t even ask about. I won’t be back since this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience in this location.

I bought an online gift card at this store today and was never told before purchasing that there were no refunds. When I went to scratch the card to see the numbers needed to redeem it the numbers came off just as easily as the substance that is supposed to be stretchable. I phoned the store to see if there was any recourse, the manager was un apologetic and told me that I "must have scratched it wrong" when I said that wasn't the case she hung up on me... I understand that they didn't make the card but They could have at least given me a number to call or something like that. I found all this very unpleasant and unprofessional and wont be shopping there in the future.

Being the only place to by video games in town you’d think they’d have games in the launch day. Like every other store would. But I’ve never seen a game arrive on time there and it’s extremely annoying. Staff also don’t seem to care

Very poor customer service. I purchased a product from the store. At the time of purchase, the agent told me its 15 days replacement or refund. The product was faulty, and when i went there the very next day, they said they wont take it back. And apologized for the mistake. And said they will give a coaching to the agent. Well that doesn’t help me! Not purchasing from the store anymore. Worst experience.

Yesterday, I had gone into the store just curious to see if it carried a Sony Bluetooth receiver that I could plug my own headphones into, but the salesperson I spoke with proceeded to just show me an MP3 player instead. Not finding that very helpful started browsing on my own and found a receiver myself. While browsing I came across some AKG/Samsung smart speakers and curious as to how they would sound. Another salesperson had come by to try to assist me, but was adamant that the speakers don't just pair to devices via Bluetooth and I needed to download an app. Not finding that to make too much sense I politely declined her help and left the store. After some quick Google-ing, I found the manual and I was right. You just pair that speaker up like most other devices for more than a decade now. Upon leaving pretty disappointed with the staff, Google maps prompted me for a review and I had just put a single star as it seemed fitting. After a little while I get a response from the owner asking me to call a number. I called the number today and wasn't greeted by the owner. Instead, I was just put through a call centre. They were apologetic and said they would try to do better I the future, but I was not asked which store this happened at, so I'm not sure how my feedback was supposed to reach this store. Nor am I sure if there's any point going back there ever again.

Employees are exceptionally nice, and welcoming. They answered every question I had! The limited stock was a pain sometimes, but I can't complain for such a small store. The employees are always willing to order it in for me though!
Janveet was awesome, long time Sasktel customers, had 4 phones with them for many years, went over to Bell, saving money on the monthly bill, plus got brand new phones, more data, no overage fees, way to go! I highly recommend Janveet, great service, knows her stuff!
IfII could go very less stars I would they sold me a broken cell phone refused to replace it when the damage was obviously was a defect in the phone and just passed the buck onto anyone else 2 hrs on the phone another hour in the store and nothing done will never recommend any source store or shop there again even the call center was useless to speak to

Top of the line computer skills with remarkable service
Most stores have a Covid policy, it is OK and most places I have visited make it clear and have staff at entrances. Not so at The Source Royal Centre Mall, on June 10, 2020 I entered their store to look for a computer accessory. In a few seconds an employee with a loud voice told me to leave the store as they are only allowed to have ONE customer. I said why is there no one to tell me that or put up a sign to that effect. It was rude and uncalled for. The problem of course withe the Source is that they cater to young males. I am not. I left and never will be back, I went on the Amazon website and already have what I needed neatly delivered. Goodbye the Source forever Covid or No Covid, rudeness is not something allowed by me under the name of Covid.

I was in a few days ago with the goal of buying a Tablet. I was immediately approached by an employee, and got to ask him a lot of questions before making my purchase. He was very friendly and helpful! Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase!
Let me set the stage. I'm buying Airpods for my brother as a sort of gift. The only reason to go to any other store is warranty because it's the same price same product so I'm warranty shopping. First I go to The source and Devon is super helpful. He tells me everything I need to know about there warranty. The good the bad. He laid everything out. I tell him I'm gonna check out best buy and a couple others and zero pressure to come back. I go to best buy, and after trying to find someone for a while who didn't look busy I get a quick explanation, nothing wrong with it but compared to the source it was a bit of a disappointment. They didn't really seem to care. Back to the Source because I had another question, and this is where they go above my expectations and lock me in as a permanent costumer for as long as I'm here, Angus had done research on a finding your airpods function while I was gone, i didn't even ask for this but it was awesome to know because losing them was my biggest worry. I come back the next day and its 2 completely different employees. Nick the manager is crazy helpful gets it all done lickity split shipped to Ontario and everything. And while he does this? Cody answers a bunch of my questions about something completely different while I wasn't even planning on picking it up. I'm going back for sure, if they're busy I'm looping around to go back when they aren't. 10/5 stars should be a thing.

Jessica was knowledgeable, friendly, and even told me what factory some of the headphones came from. As I worked retail for a while, I really appreciated the customer service. Service during a pandemic. 10/10 Store was clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer. Customers were social distancing and wearing a mask. Very comfortable experience. The only two times I have been acknowledged in the store are when I stood near the cell phones and when I changed all the laptops home page to an unsavoury website. It has become a game of sorts with the Mrs. to stop in here and try to be acknowledged by someone.

Had the best in store experience with Tanvee. She went well above and beyond. She was completely professional, kind and patient with helping us set up our phones— even when we hit some major complications. In addition to being kind and courteous, she was very aware and compliant with all of the Covid-19 restrictions. Very much appreciated! Could not recommend working with her enough.

Really horrid customer "service " one gets the sense that this chain is on their way out. I bought a laptop which was faulty and brought it back the next day for exchange but they said I would need to factory reset it because it had files on it. That was not true. I took it to Adam and at best buy and Geek Squad showed me how to reset it and sold me something more appropriate for my needs. Remember. The fish rots from the head. It isn't the employees on the front line so much as upper management and corporate. Send a message and dont shop there unless and until they figure out what customer service means

The staff is above and beyond friendly however I wish the owner(s) took more pride in their store I wish they would put out laptops for display and fix their phone display which looks like it's thrown together and they can't be bothered to put an out of stock sticker instead they direct you to a case near the desk ... What's the point of the display it would also help if the owner put in an effort to fix the severely outdated computer systems so that employees don't lose out on sales due to poor money management on the owners behalf . Their computer systems are so slow I've seen people walk out ... They don't have enough stock and when they do it's thrown near the back instead of facing the doors and being opened for everyone to see or even being in plain sight . The associates are so awesome the owners allowing their business to continue to look like this and make it a horrible place for their employees to work not so much
During my visit at this location I went to go purchase a phone and my mom works for Bell but lives in London Ontario. I asked if she could use her employee discount because she's in London and I'm in Lindsay. Which was not allowed which is okay, but I was not able to purchase the phone. This was the quickest phone altercation I've had it was probably only 10 minutes. But the response when he figured out that I wasn't purchasing the phone was seriously and an eye roll. I was not okay with the way that he responded nor was I okay with the way that the fellow employees responded by just telling me to sarcastically have a nice day while I was leaving the store. I will not be coming back to this location. It felt like he was just worried about making his commission.

The level of customer service from tanvee was outstanding, and i highly recommended using them over anyone else. Not only did they save me over 40 monthly on contract, they also gave gift certificates for in store purchases.

Charged $75.00 plus tax to partially dismantle (not repair) my son's laptop. Unable to repair but still charged full price. As technicians, they should have known that they couldn't completely dismantle and repair this particular model. This is not great for a person on a budget who now has to buy a new laptop. Poor customer relations. He feels as though he has been robbed. This store is NOT a Source franchise.

Went to the store last night for a refund of 2years extended warranty,transaction was done by the non apologetic manager. Flavorful words was used on me to add 2 years extended warranty when I purchased my beats headphones ' in store replacement' to be exact was the word. After the transaction of the refund ,staff named Joey asked me why I did the refund and told him the whole story., he was more sorry for me and apologized for what happened.
Went in today to upgrade my phone. Dealt with Kathy who was incredibly rude to me for no reason. Talked to me as if I was a child and seemed to be offended because I came prepared with my options. Will strongly think about ever dealing with the source in Cranbrook again.

I went in to buy a set of wireless headphones and a friendly young lady greeted me immediately I beleive her name was krystal She told me about Bell’s internet services and showed me great features of it. I was so impressed. She is so good for this job. If there’s any promotion, I highly recommend her. Have been to too many tech retail stores but never came across someone like her.
If you need some advice definitely hit Rodney up as he knows his stuff and does his best to actually suit a customers needs, i do however wish there was more product selection for this staff to offer there customers.. i think the only down fall was the lack of selection of products other then that the service was beyond great ????

Walked in just to buy a very small item, ended up coming back and change mobile provider to Bell for the entire family. Getting the amazing service to help me out for finding the right item for my needs, although it was just a portable battery, Rob was amazingly helpful and kind, he sure earned my trust to do the magic. When he was sharing about the promotions running, all the benefits I would receive by switching the mobile providers, he made me believe he truly cares, and he is only trying to do the best thing for us. His manager, Curtis and his colleagues were also very friendly and supportive. Nice to have your store in this small community. We do not need to travel all the way to the city and get what we need… with amazing service.

Went to The Source today as I needed a new battery for my car keys. Turns out they now charge 4$ to change the 7$ battery in store, which is apparently a company-wide policy. The Source perhaps in an economic climate where large chains are going under, you shouldn't be screwing over your customers. Thanks!

Hey! I just wanted to give a major special shout out to a specific employee in Kapuskasing! Her name is Sabrina and she was absolutely wonderful with me! I had MASSIVE phone issues and MULTIPLE phone issues and inquiries.. and Ms Sabrina pleasantly tackled each problem and resolved each and every single one of the problems I was having. She made all the phone calls and never not once turned me away and told me “to call them myself” like what happens often in other places. She was dedicated and determined. She was personable and funny. She didn’t treat me like any old customer but rather a human being. I just want to point out too that this wasnt a quick and easy visit to the store, Sabrina was so patient, my issues cost her almost THREE HOURS of her work time. Thats pretty impressive if you ask me!! And not a single sigh or notion that she was fed up. Im thoroughly impressed and satisfied as a person and customer. Something that was taking me months to try and fix, and she did it in a matter of hours. Hats off to Sabrina!! Someone get this girl a raise!!!!!! Head office - if you see this - please acknowledge Sabrina in Kapuskasing! She absolutely deserves it!!!!
Having recently moved to Midland from the city, this was my second visit to The Source Midland. If my first experience was five star, my second was better if that's possible. Huge kudo's to Kaitlyn and Matthew M. (He helped me on my first visit also) In such a competitive market, customer service, is paramount and this location oozes it in abundance. Visited shop yesterday for Xmas gift for son, to buy GoPro 8 bundle. Store had item advertised with additional items in bundle at 469.99. I was then told I had to buy the additional items separately because the store had not been given the items by GoPro in the bundle, which cost an extra 130. I then went outside to discuss with husband, and the sale ticket was removed by sales assistant. Due to it being Xmas eve and limited stores to buy from, I bought this item with the extras at the extra cost, but unfortunately have been left a feeling of being conned. I'm from th UK and know we have laws about advertising items and honouring advertised price ????
I’m having a hard time paying my bills and my telephone provider but luckily one guy name SAMiT who work in the souvenir in new Westminster and he explain everything and give me a good deal. Now I’m happy with my provider and I save lots of money for my telephone bills. So I can highly recommend this store and look for SAMiT he help you all the best he can.

This store has shrunk in size by about 1/2 when it moved in the mall. Selection of course has suffered...having said that I still shop them for electronics and accessories and make some purchases
They are great for batteries.
Andrew lied about an in store credit just to get the monthly WiFi service sale. He was knowedgable and friendly, although at the time we could sense that something was wrong. The source charged 75.00 for fire remote. While it Can be purchased online for 29.00 Bell Canada customer service was also dishonest by giving us wrong information. Their dishonesty means next level management is dishonest. Interestingly, they would go a Lot further if they were honest and displayed integrity and goodwill toward paying customers.
Super helpful, Jeanie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) helped me and they were wonderful! Made the process of upgrading my phone easy and also made me - someone who is socially awkward as heck - feel comfortable chatting and waiting for updates.

I recently purchased a new phone at the source in Midland. The service I received was excellent! Margaret took the time to go over the phone with me and to answer all my questions. Margaret even paired up the phone to my car. I have been dealing with this store for 6 years now, and all the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't buy my phone, tablet or tech ware anywhere else.

What I was looking for was cheaper at London Drugs.
The Source always has the latest gadgets. Smart everything for your home and the best cellphones on the market. Store stock did seem a bit low during my visit but these are trying times. Staff was welcoming and all PPE was in place while I was in the store. I went in just to browse and didn't feel pressured to buy. Staff were respectful and I felt like if I had any questions that someone would be available to answer. Will be back to see what's new soon.

I was at the store on Sept 29th at lunch time. I dealt with Kiran and another girl I didn't catch her name. They were so amazing and personable and gave me a wicked deal when I switched phone contracts over to Bell. They helped me out as much as they possibly could and were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend going to visit them in the store, they are fantastic and should definitely be recognized!!!!!

Really liked the straightforward service. They told us we probably didn't need the high end item we saw based on our needs and could do fine at Wal-Mart. We liked his approach and decided to spend the extra because we liked dealing with the staff.

Today I visited the Midland Source location (February 26th 2021) looking for a USB charging cable for my phone, the sales person Jack was immediately able to help me find what I needed and even suggested for a nominal fee, an extended warranty to help in the event I destroy this one! My experience was so good I felt the need to write this, and have to say I will be back again to the same store.

In the last three months I have purchased a cell phone, Echo Dot (x2) and as of yesterday, a Tablet amongst other things here at The Source. I am particularly slow to change and new technology, however Tanvee with her patience and understanding has guided me through all my purchases. Tanvee is a wealth of knowledge and a huge asset for The Source.

I had to replace a gaming head-set that was under warranty and while they didn't have the exact same model, I had no issues replacing it with a similar priced item. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they were knowledgeable about the products and I had a good experience there.
They use predatory sales tactics to sell as well as adding on useless warranties on products that are garbage. This company is owned by Bell so the use of underhanded tactics is unsurprising. The treatment of staff by management is terrible as well, the manager frequently sits in the back taking personal calls while her employees do everything and that's when the manager bothers to show up. This company and this store is a disaster and I won't be sad to eventually see it close when Bell guts it.

Staff is so go, understanding and knowledgeable
I needed a new phone and it happened at the worst possible time. I was emotional and overwhelmed due to a recent death. The staff were amazingly kind, understanding and helpful. I went in to replace my broken phone, and ended up leaving with 2! I also got one for my son. I struggle to find a time when I've experienced such compassion and helpfulness in any store! I would not hesitate to recommend and will continue to do my business here!

There were some phone plan activation issues that had to be sorted out in person, so I went to The Source in the Totem Mall. Bryson Snel handled it all superbly, getting all the information needed, so that I left with a working phone within 10 minutes.
Just at this store. Girl behind the counter did not even know what a satellite finder is... 6 feet of coax cable in Stock? ???? Will go somewhere where there is STOCK and with staff that know something! Kelowna...Calgary. Lethbridge..surely there are some better equipped stores!!!

absolutely disappointed, never coming back again simply for the fact that i was lied to. first thing they tell me I have 15 days for return as long as package is undamaged, came back the day after they refused because" you could be sick and we can't sell it again, we might be sued for hygiene reasons" that implied that i was sick and it sounded more like an excuse rather than a reason. staff is completely ignorant about the product and didn't even bother to do a search for the customer, maybe the customer is their last concern. mediocre at best.

Usually a decent place & helpful staff but twice I've gone in there and witnessed inappropriate staff interactions. Last week I saw one mgr... Dan (?) telling another employee that they didnt need to listen to the big mgr (Rosie?) because he basically was in charge and that he could do something she said wasn't allowed. Fine but dont ignore your customers to start a coup... we got places to be folks!! The ladies that work in there are really nice but when its the boys club half the time you gotta go knock on the back door to get help. Not exactly making the customer feel welcome.

The Source at Trinity is a nice large bright store. It has a lot more space than a lot of the mall stores but didn't seem to have a lot of inventory. Staff was helpful and they did have what we were looking for. They push the Bell products a bit too much but were helpful in making our decision.

Had such a great experience at this location. They have the nicest staff here. Chris was the one who helped me he's probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! I really appreciate how he walked me through everything, answered all the questions I had (lots and lots of questions haha) and even when I changed my mind on a product he was super accommodating, he didn't push me to make a sale he gave me so many options and let me choose so it made my experience very comfortable as I felt I had choice and wasn't being pushed into a sale. He treated me like family was very easy going, highly knowledgeable about the products! He explained the differences in performance of each laptop I asked about and compared them, gave examples and gave me lots of useful information. He spent so much time with me going through everything and explaining each and every detail. Blown away by how helpful he was! I had the chance to talk to a couple other staff and they were very friendly as well :). Would highly recommended this location! I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely visit again! Great store, better employees! Phone company that was giving us a struggle for an upgrade had Kylea on the phone with them for almost an hour, super helpful, patient and got stuff done. Once I came back for my upgrade Kylea was off that day and Rob helped me out instead. Again, a great experience! He was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and made the whole thing easy and quick. This store is entirely racist. I have a mask exemption and they would not let me in the store! They say it is store policy but could not produce it in writing. They are such hypocrites they go right against Bonnie Henrys order which clearly states some people are exempt. Dont shop here guys.
Went in today to purchase a cellphone and a tablet it was the most terrible experience my father and I had the gentleman was not very interested in any questions I had .Went to best buy instead and it was great. So we ended up purchasing everything we wanted there.

I had the a huge problem and this amazing team of 4 was there to help. I could not have got through without them. The problem was I had accidentally erased all photos from an SDCard. They listened they were patient and asked if they could try and recover them. I came back 45minutes later and they had contacted the right person and recovered them all. I can not thank them enough.4 big smiles and 4 big hearts.. Thanks again guys. The Source in Banff is tops in my eyes.

This rating is not a indication of the kind, helpful, dedicated and hardworking beings that work for The Source, which is not like I remember Radioshack. Of course that was decades ago and changes is inevitable however with products, policies and practices which just have gotten worse over the years. Latest, would not accept cash, and there was not notice to do so even on the front of the store which is legal tender. The low rating is a long time coming and this was just it. In this case a notice, not limited to corporate notice on your website and a sign out front. Employees need ongoing support to maintain the corporate and customer relationships of which the corporation directly benefits from. From visual inspection looked very clean (and priced). The Source known today has been known and operated by many names Tandy, Intertan, Radioshack, The Source by Circuit City, and now The Source owned by BCE Inc (Bell Canada Enterprises Inc.)

Disgusting customer service, my two friends went into the source to look for a keyboard. The employee trash talked my friends saying “great, just looking when we have 15 minutes until close.” I understand that it’s getting close to closing time but there’s still 15 minutes and the doors are still open!! If you don’t want to work in retail then don’t and especially don’t insult people who are potential buyers. They ended up buying a keyboard which I would never have done. According to a lot of the reviews this store is notorious for bad service.

Less than 3 weeks ago I purchased an Xbox for my grandson. Initial contact with the store was good. Within 5 days the Xbox had some issues and we took it back to the Cranbrook store for assistance. The staff corrected the syncing issue ,however, within a day the Xbox would not start up and showed a start up error. We followed all instructions provided by Microsoft to fix the issue. The console continued with the error. We had the original receipt stating that a exchange or refund could be made within 30 days. Upon arriving at the store I related the issue to a staff member including the fact that the purchase was within the 30 days and asked for a refund. The staff member told me to call Microsoft. They would not honor the return policy on the receipt as the fine print on the online return policy stated that it had to be in the original box. Let me remind you that none of this information was given at the time of sale. After waiting on hold for almost an hr with the customer service line I was told the same thing. The cost of the Xbox with tax was over $400.00. The box i assume was worth $2.00. I am deeply disappointed in the service. When purchasing an item in this store please be advised the box is worth more than its contents. Most customers recycle the box within a week of purchase as such your receipt it worth exactly $0.00. Let's face it having the box would not have changed the transaction as the Xbox needs to be returned to the supplier and could not be resold. Train your staff to advise shoppers that your purchase and or subsequent return will not be honored if you don't have the box. Never purchasing any product from this store again.

Unable to get a cash refund for an item purchased in another Source store in June 2018, we accepted a Source Gift Card for the entire amount of $581.28. On October 21st we returned to the store with the card to be told by the employee that there was $0 on the card. The card had been in a desk drawer since we received it. It had not been stolen, given to anyone or used by anyone in our family. It was in the original sleeve with receipt attached and pin covered as a brand new card would. Very long story but supposedly the store contacted their head office and then called me to say they had done an “investigation” and the card was redeemed for cash within 30 minutes of us receiving it. First of all as far as I was told, one could not get cash for a gist card through the store, and if I could get cash why would I go to the trouble of getting a card first and then waiting qa half hour to get cash for it? Why? It does not make any sense at all! The manager of the Royal City Centre store was very dismissive of the whole thing and said the issue was settled as far as they were concerned before he hung up on me. The issue is, in fact, a long way from over. I am pursuing this fraud from many different angles and will update this when I have something new to report. Oct 31st update: The company has now sent us a new gift card for the amount. Management at the store in Royal City Centre was of no help at all.

I have an old flip phone. I bought a new plan with new sim card at another store . I was told there was a Bell sim lock on the phone that needed to released by Bell. I went to this Source store because they are a Bell dealer. a salesmen told me they couldn't unlock the sim and that to do it is a really big hassle. But he would sell me a new phone for $79 with discount and match the plan I just bought. Are the salesmen there desperate? Thanks for help and by that I mean nothing. It's not that hard to get a sim unlocked.

Well I was there once and I want to get a type-c USB cable for my phone my brand new phone which wasn't even a week old and one of the associates dropped my phone and then has it back to me said everything's okay but upon examining it there was a chip in the phones frame and red paint from some something behind the corner the gentleman was like oh really the phone so slippery, I was very disappointed I keep my electronics device in mint condition and like is to come back in a couple days and talk with the owner and we'll figure something out I don't really have time with work and the hours that the source has so I haven't really returned and I don't think I ever will if I'm not desperate for electronics I'm just going to use Amazon cuz that's a guarantee there and it'll drop anything I have to do they just replace it.

Ivan etc. at the Banff Source are awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! I ordered a game (to be transferred to a Calgary store for pick up) & they had the game on the courier the SAME DAY! I really can't say enough about how great Ivan etc are ???? You do not come across this level of customer service every day. A lot of other places (people) could learn a thing or two about the right way to be from Ivan etc.

I was having trouble setting up a new Fitbit. It was a gift purchased at a different Source. When asked for help, the staff, especially Cricket, were excellent. She invited me to have a seat while she explained the procedure, set up the fitbit so it would sync with my tablet, found the correct timezone etc. I would describe this as outstanding customer service and will definitely do more business with this Source.

Highly recommend! The team here is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful- especially Jason. I wanted to upgrade my phone and landed up getting an amazing deal and great phone. The manager drove all the way to Metro to pick up the phone for me, Jason went above and beyond to save me money- offering to trade in my existing phone and use my BCAA card. He never rushed me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall while I was in the store every customer was greeted in a friendly way and it was always helpful service, never pushy.
My 63 year old Mother bought an Asus laptop from this location and found out that it has a flaw with screen and it's not usable. She called and was told by an employee that she could return it because they have a 30 day return policy. She called to verify and ask what to do as she couldnt get there right away because she doesn't drive and then when she got there she was told by the store manager she was supposed to have returned it the very next day....even though she didnt know there was anything wrong with it the very next day. A case was opened about it by the store manager and she can't get through to anyone with the number she was provided to call regarding the case number over this laptop. This is unacceptable, poor customer service and quite frankly I feel this is border line elder abuse.

Don't buy from this store by far the worst customer service around!! I bought a pair of head phone on a Monday evening I open them and found out they weren't the right ones. So I went back to the store on Tuesday and tried to return them for a pair that was 100 dollars more. I returned them less then 24 hours later. The sales individuals said they couldent be returned and the my sales person was suppose to tell me that which she dident and she actually admitted to her managers that she dident. I then had the manager tell me that I was allowed to return them since I was still spending the money in the store for a higher price. Once at the till I was told that they couldent return them because their computers wouldent allow them to and instead I was to call apple and ask for a refund(which has nothing to do with the source what so ever) I phoned iPhone and they assured me that there was nothing they could do, as they have nothing to do with the source and its up to the source to return them. So much for customer service sad that you can't even return a product Less then 24 hours later. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE IT'S AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! 10/10 would recommend shopping with these guys! Singh Lovepreet was our salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products! Helped us purchase a whole new surround sound system and explain the differences between everything to find something best for your needs! Loved the show room that we were able listen to the specific speakers we were buying! Definitely will be coming back here when buying electronics. Usually shop at Best Buy but no one ever knows what I’m asking them! 10/10 will return and Singh Lovepreet had amazing customer service, never made us feel stupid for taking our time and asking lots of questions! Additionally didn’t feel pressured or pushed to have purchase items like other stores have!

Customer service was horrible. I was in Midland store December 5th. I did not get greeted by the employee in any way. No hello how can I help you. I asked for what I was buying. The guy said three things to me. ...yes yes and the price. Not another word. No Ty is there anything else I can help you with no have a nice day nothing. 2nd time in a year I've been in the store and had bad experience. Hopefully not all the employees are like this. Will not go back unless absolutely necessary.????
Good convenient store. Offers a good amount, but it's smaller than some Source stores and is missing some things found at other Source stores.

Friendly and helpful service
The staff and management of the Nelson Source store not only worked very very hard to help us resolve a host of problems that arose with a service provider during a plan change, but they also went way above and beyond to make things right. The issues had nothing to do with their store, or the products. We can't thank them enough. They are awesome!
The store was good because I needed something that I couldn't find anywhere else and they happened to have what I was looking for. However the guy serving me Sunday afternoon (if that's what I could even call it) was terrible. I asked if the item I had in my hand would work for what I needed it for. I knew what I needed, but I couldn't tell if this product was the right one. He just shrugged, said he had no clue and told me to Google it on my phone. I wanted to leave but I needed the item so I looked it up and before I could even determine if it was the right item he was already asking me to pay for it, while lazily leaning back in a chair behind the counter, so low to the ground his head was all that was visible. He was so unprofessional. I have had great customer service here during the week, but whoever was working Sunday was awful. I'm giving 3 stars today because it was one employee not the entire store. I've given 5 stars before for the other guy who went out of his way to help me in the past.

My Daughter switched from Telus to Bell, was told it will take 5 hours to unlock my phone well it's day five, after being told multiple times I will receive an email shortly i'm really getting annoyed with their inconsistent service and unreliability! Maybe Bell Mobility isn't the right phone provider! Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
overall good store. sometimes the staff is a little pushy to help you like they work on commission (they don't I know). and the video game selection is like playing roulette if they have the game you're looking for.
Love this store and it's staff. We deal with the same staff every time we go in and they have never let us down. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I will continue to shop there. They made me a lifer.

The Moose Jaw store and employee Bansari get 5 stars. I highly recommend if you go to the store, to deal with Bansari. She was extremely good customer support while I was purchasing in the store, 2 phones and a TV. Just as good, was the customer support I received from her for the few weeks after my purchases. I have to share the best experience that I have had ever had at any electronics store. My partner recently bought me a computer for my birthday. It had an issue and I thought that I lost my files. Because it had not been 30 days, they were able to replace it for me. Now... I was a bit stressed that some important files were lost....BUT... two wonderful associates were determimed to hp me. They actually were able to retrieve my most important files. I cannot thank them enough. I also think they are fabulous and represent your company so well. Because of this, they deserve recognition. I will only buy electronics from The Source in the future due to this wonderful experience. Thank you Colin P and Jeanie H! You two are amazing!

I went in to do a switch onban xbox controller through the amazing warranty program! There were none in stock at the time, but they promptly called me as soon as they got one (either later that day or the next day, I dont remember exactly.)

I've bought my last two phones and a tablet here - the girl I bought off of was super friendly and helpful, patient with my son being like a tornado while she was explaining options, decent selection of toys for the kids to look at, very frank about availability and were willing to order items from other stores for me

Today I went to The Source in Kamloops at the Aberdeen mall as I needed help with pairing my Apple Watch with my IPhone. Brandon went above and beyond to help. He was extremely friendly and easy to speak with and he was very patient with my lack of technology! I couldn’t be more grateful for his help and would highly recommend this store. Originally had a really positive experience from Rory, set my wife and i up with a contract for our phones. Part of our promotion was a gift card which we used to purchase a security camera. The camera ended up having an issue. Upon attempting to return it to the store, i was told to call the manufacturer of a faulty product as they wouldnt return it cause of a very small scuff to the body of the camera. We have returned to the store several more times since our original experience only to find the same poor service. So, in case you were unsure of where your store is located, Best Buy is literally in the same building.
