To consumers Went to wireless wave for a samsung s10 then straight to this scam artist for a screen protector and clear case; lemme tell you the price markup is insane. Payed $70 nbd and a week later the screen is glitching, there is bubbles and the glue residue is oozing out the sides of the screen. I recommend you order through amazon or from the mercury corporation website itself as a $6 case will cost you $25 ... To the employee or owner kuick doesn't mean kwality.

Just reviewing these scam artist after a family member had trouble with this particular place. Claim they use real apple products but don’t. Screens fall apart and start glitching after 2 months. They were supposed to transfer “True Tone” into new phone screen which they didn’t, didn’t even have a clue what it was when calling to let them know. Not professional at all. If your gonna work on $2000 phones atleast know what your working with, LOL. BTW, 3 fake reviews of 5 stars were put in same hour after we put our rating of 1 star, so half these are probably fake LMAO. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Stay away from cool covers in Cornwall. All there good at is taking money. Lol

My cousin went in to get her iPhone screen fixed, less than 2 months later the screen was separating from the frame! Whoever worked on her phone did not even know the ins and outs of True Tone. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional and did not offer to fix it. Then when she left a bad (but true) review someone from the Kool Kovers left a bunch of fake 5 star reviews to bump up their average. They even used similar wording in these reviews. This is crooked and totally unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust any of the five star reviews. Kool Kovers needs to own up to their mistake and make it right. Unethical!

IPhone XS Max screen replacement completed at Cornwall location for $160. 2 months later the screen is popping out of its frame. I went to a apple certified repair shop, was advised a cheap generic screen replacement was used. These cheap replacements tend to use hot glue versus cold compress uv bonding. Screen will almost always separate from its frame over time. Worst part is the software called True Tone lives in your old screen and was supposed to be downloaded from old screen and installed on new screen. It was not. I no longer have True Tone in my iPhone settings. I politely called Kool Covers in Cornwall to let him know his screen replacements are of poor quality and seperate from frame after short time and let him know about neglecting to re-add True Tone software to new screen. He was not interested in what I had to say and said the repair shop I'm at can tell me "whatever they want". I told him a quick google on "true tone screen replacement" would confirm my concern. Overall if your looking for quick and cheap this is place to go. Keep in mind the screen will last 2 months before separating from the frame and you will lose True Tone from the settings/display menu all together. EDIT: In response to the owners false claims below. Yes I was happy with new screen after repairs until it became unglued from the frame within 2 months of the repair (within warranty period as per your website 60 days) I did call to speak to you professionally and politely to let you know about the True Tone, you said you had no clue what that was. Why would I come back for a warranty repair for you to further destroy my phone. If your repairing $1500-$2000 devices, try googling True Tone screen replacement before jamming garbage $100 screens into phones and without installing True Tone software. But hey I’m just a unprofessional paying customer with a baseless complaint. Cheers I do not recommend this repair location at all.

DO NOT SHOP HERE: I went to the square about a week ago to get a new case for my Samsung S8+, the man at the counter charged me 56$ for a glass screen protector and a case. A week or so later I find the glass screen cover is slowly peeling off because the case THAT HE SOLD me is pushing on the lip of the glass cover and is popping it off. I went back to see if I can get it re done since the glass cover wasnt broken or anything and they wanted me to buy a new case and screen protector ALL OVER AGAIN when the first screen protector and case was defective. I ended up paying 10$ for a thin plastic screen protector that is also sold on Amazon for 10$ called L/K screen protector. The man at the counter who did nothing to resolve the situation and barely understood how I was sold something defective but he just kept on trying to sell me a new case and a new screen protector. Buy here at your own risk because they are most likely doing this deliberately.

Had just purchased a new phone, so wanted to get a case for It, I asked the guy behind the counter how much for the particular case (a basic clear case), he came around the counter and proceeded to take the case out of Its wrapper, gave It to me and says "$30 for that" so I put the case on his counter and walked away, as I was on my way out he called to me and said I could have It for $25. Save yourself the cash and use Amazon got a clear case and a wireless charger for around the same price.

guy fixed the screen on my s8 as someone stole my s20 so i had to revert back to that... it was 290$ ...but he fixed it up like *brand new*...even put a new back on it!!!!..Seems to be working great...my past review was for another business my bad guys...5/5 on the job this guy did... id reccomend this place for sure for fixes. ipad fixes. whatever...VERY PLEASED with my s8 repairs he did....only took him 1 hour to!!! GREAT JOB Kool Kovers.

Extremely frustrated with their service. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes while he was on a personal call but also had a crappy attitude for someone running a business. I paid $285 to have my screen replaced and an hour job took 3 days, an extra day I understand for ordering the part, but I also still had to wait 2 hours on the day I was supposed to pick up because it still wasn't ready. I walked by twice to see it splayed open on the counter while he fixed 2 other devices and ate lunch at the same time. Got my phone back and shortly after the screen starting glitching out. It would go black then come on then have rainbow lines going down. I went out of town so I stopped in another repair shop to have them open it up and take a look. The guy was disappointed in the job kool kovers did. He never cleaned the phone and put new glue on top of the manufacturer's glue causing the phone to not seal properly, along with leaving little shards of glass inside my phone. He didn't properly glue down anything and forgot to put back in 4 screws as well as didn't properly secure the home button so now it teeters side to side. The cell phone company I seen said the screen used was a cheap screen that wasn't secured properly causing the LCD to short out. My phone is unusable and when I took the phone back to ask for an explanation on his shot job and see if he could fix it, he says it's my fault and it left his care in perfect condition and that they don't do warranties and I'd have to pay another $285 for him to fix HIS mistake. If I had another phone to take pictures of my broken phone, I'd share his work. Overall disappointing! Will never again go here and will never again reccomend this place !
