I went to IPhix for the first time today because my charging port on my cell was warn out and partially damaged so I couldn't charge my phone anymore. Ken was really honest with me and said that it would cost me about $150 to get it fixed. He thought I would be better off looking at buying a new phone so I did. I went back once I had my new phone and he got it up and running for me for free. I was so impressed and he is so good at what he does. He has excellent customer service and he is very pleasant to talk to. Thanks Ken for your service and honesty. Oh yes before I forget, he deserves a medium double double from Tim's once in a while.

Very honest and helpful. I took my Google pixel 2 phone there to have the charging port looked at and possibly replaced. Instead he just cleaned it up in minutes in front of me and it worked perfectly after that. He did not even charge me a dime! I wouldn't hesitate to go there for any phone issues in the future.

This week I had to take my mobile phone to iPhix in order to get some moisture removed. I messaged the business on Tuesday and got a reply right away. They were informative, but they didn't go into a too much technical description that could overwhelm you. I ran into an issue where I could only go to the store between certain times, and when an emergency popped up with then, they quickly alerted me that we would need to reschedule. Some may be unhappy with this, but they saved me a trip and I am thankful for that. My service ended up costing under $100, which seems ok to me. I walked in and was greeted and explained what was going to happen. I am very thankful for this place. While I hope I don't need to go back, if I do I'm going here.

Went to get my screen fixed, they notified me that they cracked the back of the phone during repair. They did not take responsibility and said it was my own risk to get it fixed with them. They said stuff happens when you try to repair a phone sometimes. They said I could order a new back (at my own expense) and they will put it on. No thanks, you're not touching my phone again. Iphix should be Ibreak....not satisfied at all.

AMAZING customer service! I called as soon as they opened about getting my screen replaced. He told me he could get it done today no problem! He even took the time to explain everything in detail upon pickup! I was in and out and had my phone back in under 2hrs! Definitely my go to place for any phone issue I may have in the future! I brought my phone in and the told me it was a battery issue and that they wouldn't have the parts to fix it for three weeks so I waited three weeks and they never ordered the part never even put a work order in I brought my phone somewhere else and they had fixed the next day for a fraction of the price would not recommend highly unprofessional
