I have purchased two Gaming pc's from here. First was pre-built, no questions asked. It was slightly over priced for what I got however the cable management and general look was 10/10. Second one was a complete upgrade from what I had. Same case and that's pretty much the only part recycled. Once they built this pc for me... its was a game changer. I will gladly visit Computer Sense again for a new pc in the future. :)

They did everything they could to to try and help us out over the phone. The call easily took 45 minutes. They were not able to solve the issue, however they pointed us in the right direction and did not charge us anything at all. We will be using them for all our tech needs in the future.

Awful went there the first time wasn't helpful. I had an older laptop that needed upgrade. Said it was too old need a new one. I went to Ingleside and tried the place there and he fixed and it works like brand new.

terrible service could literally hear them talking bad about their customers in the back room frankly it's embarrassing that you have to talk behind your customers back plus the place stinks like mold you should be shut down

Brought in my macbook pro for repairs (no video), and mentioned to the counter person that it might be a video card issue. Called the repair person as requested by counter person the next day. Repair person seemed agitated due to the fact I had suggested it might have to do with the video card. Also, today, he mentioned that he would be looking at the laptop this afternoon. My call about the status at 4pm (1 1/2 hours before closing) was met by a curt " didn't have a chance to look at it, maybe tomorrow". Pulled my macbook out of the store. Will look for friendlier repair options. Maybe this fella feels that any lay person's opinion is a direct blow to his fragile ego. In any case, not good enough Computer Sense. Maybe business is good right now, so you can blow off a few customers, but word will spread. And don't expect my business in this lifetime.

These guys are dependable. Had my PC die last night, they took it in and lucky for me it was just a shot power supply. Had me back up and running in an hour. 30 mins of labour and the cost of a new power supply and I'm back! Thank you!!!!

This is a great computer store. Extremely helpful and knowledgable and friendly staff. Not the type of place to push expensive products just to make a buck. They have desktop and laptops available to buy or they will help you build a customized computer to your needs and liking. Highly recommended!!
