The staff in the store are fine. They're polite and friendly. They are absolutely handcuffed however by ridiculous bureaucracy and incompetent support from the backend. Knowing how many people are employed by Bell and knowing some of the good that Bell does in Canada. I'm still quite confident when I say it will be amazing for this country if and when Bell goes out of business. They have earned it.

Incompetent, ignorant, slow, unprofessional, confrontational are all words to describe how the manager treats her job and the customers shes supposed to be helping. Instead she cannot be bothered to do her job and sends customers away without any service due to her lack in training and knowledge about the services and plans offered by bell.

They had the device I wanted, but in hindsight I was shafted into an awful contract that involved SPC add-ons like insurance that couldn't be removed even 2 years later without losing 3 Gb of data access that was tied to the insurance policy. Even Bell didn't understand how or why a retailer would have done this. I was forced to leave Bell entirely just to get out of the awful contract this store put me on. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I saw the reviews and was apprehensive about using the store, but as the poor reviews were older I thought I’d give it a go. The service was phenomenal. Excellent and helpful staff. I went in with an issue with my new phone and they knew right away what was wrong with it. I was fixed up in five minutes, and they were able to change the plan I had on my internet hub right from the store, I didn’t have to call in and wait on hold etc etc. Excellent service from start to finish.

I switched from TELUS over 7 years ago and have had excellent service ever since, the products are great and the people are FABULOUS!!! I continuously deal with Anette and she knows her stuff! 10/10 go see these guys; they are so knowledgeable and informed with all their products.

Prices provide were good yet really didn't listen or provide a better deal when I said I didn't even use 1gb of the 8 GB I presently had paying $65 month. Offered 20 GB for the same price. Went with another provider to get service with Bell. Cheaper rate & new phone for less than $65. Less GB but why pay for something I don't use. Someone listened to me

Do NOT shop here. Tried to return a charging station we were told was wireless that was missing peices when we opened it at home, and the sales person not only tried to blame me for losing the peices... she wouldnt take it back, exchange it for store credit, nothing. Been with bell for 12 years and the customer service here was pushy, rude, and downright unprofessional. Only shop here if you wanna get pushed into things you dont really want, and given "free gifts" that aren't free at all if they are completely useless.

Our phone was locked on the home screen and we took it in, the lady wouldnt offer to help she would only sell us a new one. Didnt suggest calling corporate didnt suggest anything but super pushy for us to buy new. More than once she said all we can do is buy new. We called corporate Bell and they told us how to reset the phone! Never stepping foot in that location again. Glad I looked further into this!
Went in for upgrade on 2 devices. Simon B, the rep, was......OUTSTANDING. Lord knows how difficult it can be to get decent cx service from Bell, or anywhere these days... but Simon B, proved that there are still good employees out there who care and will take the time with you. Simon B, is going to be my 'go to' guy if I have any questions or concerns about anything Bell related. Give the guy, a raise, or like buy him lunch or something lol he deserves it

I just had one of those annoying calls by people (Telecom) representing Bell Canada. It was annoying because the phone rang, I answered, then had to wait for the person to come on. I made him wait, then began to complain, and he hung up on me. If we are called again, I will be making a complaint of harassment against Bell.

Horrible phones, and they sold me a new one after 8 months because my cord would not charge then they told me after I bought it that they have a charger you can lay phone on by the time I already bought new phone. This store carries phones that are broken as I have purchased 2 phones in 8 months and I will never go buy another phone from this store again.

You can get all your phone needs, plus internet , with very good deals . They are a clean establishment with customers reps that are informed and no what there doing . This establishment is definitely good in my books thanks for all your help and great service to the community .

Bell there's always something wrong, this time somebody disconnected us so we had no internet phone or television for 3 days.
By far the worst company I’ve ever been with, not only were the customer service representatives rude and humiliating they will alter your plan if purchased through a kiosk. I had been set up to pay 122 a month for 60 gbs and unlimited calling/texting. Not even a month later my account was cancelled due to going over my limit, 60gbs in less than a month? I really doubt that I have unlimited wifi.... anyway they proceeded to tell me the receipts I had infront of me were wrong . -10/10

Had a great experience. Although the other reviews say that it’s not a real bell store it most definitely is. The sales team was great and got me a better deal than I had researched. Came in and was told there is a 2 person limit in store and if I wouldn’t mind waiting, I’d be helped shortly. They offered an appointment but i didnt mind hanging around The person helping me, I believe it was Corey, grabbed a chair for me and brought it to the entrance of the store to make me feel comfortable When i came in to upgrade my phone, he gave me a lot of different options for what may fit my budget. Great and honest help. Would recommend anyone to this location.

Bought a new phone and a screen protector from this location. The employee offered to put on the protector for me. There are air bubbles underneath the screen protector. After talking with staff they offered to put a liquid screen protector on for me for free. Very helpful.

I once was a long time valued customer but decided to go with a different provider. After a few years decided to go back. Bell was #1 to me...Wrong! Worst mistake I ever did. Bells customer service was horrible. The never ending harrassing phone calls. When I set up a payment plan I don't need a phone call every day. Bell needs to know that after three calls per day...it is harrassment! When I decide to leave I do not need to be transferred to five different people trying to talk me out of it. Bell is and will always be the worst provider in my eyes.
My husband and I switched our services over to Bell a few months ago and during the transfer my husband’s phone was locked. Simon, one of the customer service representatives at this location, went above and beyond making phone calls and ultimately figuring out how to unlock my husbands phone! I thoroughly impressed with his service and commitment to me as a new Bell customer. Thanks Simon!
Complete and utter rip off. Just talked to them about a sim card. Wont just sell me one, have to have them activate it, even though bell will do it for free. Not the first time I have attempted to deal with this store with no success. Nickel and dime you to death (more like loonie and toonie!). Better option goto the Source in the same strip mall, Friendly staff and no service charges.. Go Figure. Went to them first but they didnt have the sim car I needed. Will wait until they do.

I went back to Bell after two weeks with Cogeco which was terrible.Six techs came out for Internet tv and phone.I cancelled their services and went back to Bell tv and telephone.Since last Saturday my phone hasn’t worked well.Yesterday the line was dead .Today tech came in .Apparently the wires had been cut .Weird since Bell was the last installer.Fourty minutes after the tech left I have no telephone service.Again.Not Happy at all.☹️????

After Last summers fiasco of them losing my phone and denying it and making me pay for a lost phone rather than damaged. I was just going to walk away from their service and let sleeping dogs lie. Now I know that they deliberately mislead both my husband and son and overcharged both. Costco Bell has my business forever. DO NOT use Bell Store if you want to be treated with respect.
I switched from Rogers to Bell 2 years ago and do not regret my decision. The staff there are very welcoming and do their best to give me the best possible deals for what I need. They have also assisted me with finding cool apps to make things easier using the phone I have and everyday life and assisted me with ordering a new phone when my old one got damaged. I would %100 suggest Bell to anyone who is looking for a company that has great staff who are very knowledgeable about their phones and will assist you in finding what works best for you.

I ordered a phone over a week ago. I was told it would be in within 4 days. When it hit 6 days I called to get an update as I had not heard anything. When I called I was told it could another 4 days. They then called me days later saying it would be at least another week. Every time I spoke to them they tried to upsell me on the phone I wanted, so they wanted me to pay more for a phone over their mistakes. Super frustrating.
I will never go back to this store the weekday girl is arrogant and even though I had my receipt and after only 2 weeks of buying a cell phone case one of the button protectors fell off she would not give me a refund to put towards a new case. Terrible service.

My phone contract recently expired, instead of lowering my monthly bill by the amount I was paying for the smartphone each month and switching to a month the month rate like previous providers have done, Bell opted to simply raise my base plan rate not only to what I was paying for my base plan + phone payments, but higher with no notification or option. I'm not sure how this is even legal but it is at the very least, wildly unethical.

The staff are super awesome. I was in there today and they helped me immensely. I'll be back there next Friday or Saturday to buy a new A71 and I have a case being saved for me as it's the last one. Even the plan is cheaper. My current plan is at $105/month total for 2 gb and the new one is $8 cheaper with 25gb. How freaking awesome is that?!?! ???? I totally recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrading or buying a new phone. The Manager there was my boss at Target and now he's a great manager at Bell for what I can tell. He was the reason I switched to Bell. Very approachable, kind, informative and outstanding with how he helped. I've had some problems with Bell before but nothing compared to Telus when I dealt with them. Bell is where I'm staying. Him and his staff have help me plenty of times. I've been in other competitive stores and your store is by far the best. I won't dare step into a competitive store now.

We walked in here 5 minutes before closing and the owner stayed for 2 hours to help get our phone plans migrated from prepaid to post-paid. Didn’t purchase a single item, and he was still happy to help and didn’t demonstrate any impatience with us. Also gave us a cold drink while we were waiting, was very considerate, and helped us out of a tricky situation with our Bell account. 10/10 will only return to this location.
Bell reps at the Kiosk in the Northgate mall are not helpful whatsoever and don't even seem the least bit sorry at all when they say they can't help you. I was at the kiosk just about 2 weeks ago to see about purchasing a new sat receiver. There were two of them and not busy whatsoever. They sold them there, but very expensive. I asked if there was any way I could get any sort of discount for being a loyal customer for 10 years or so. Rather than maybe trying to phone and link up with someone from bell who might be able to assist with that there (they must be able to do this as bell reps), they simply tell me I have to call bell a speak to a rep on phone myself. Nothing they could do at all. Then bought a receiver at bell store by No Frills and attempt to return it to Northgate Kiosk on weekend (other bell stores closed), and again no help! Can but receivers at the kiosk, but I can't return it there due to some corporate thing. There is nothing they can do! I tell them this is the secret me time I've been to the kiosk in past few weeks and both times no help! Guy says "we've only been open at this kiosk for two weeks" Duh! I just said in past few weeks! What exactly do these bell reps do! DO NOT waste your time at this kiosk in the mall and do not make them any commission purchasing items there!

Saw the manager's hands flail and the other employee literally ran to the door and locked it as we approached!! Shocked, got back into our vehicle and as we drove away I called them enquiring why that was done. No explanations. NO APOLOGIES. No more of our business. (We have 5 phones on our account). This was not the first issue with this store but is is the last.

Sold me a used hub trying to say it was new. How do I know this the pass word to get into it was change from the default. The only way to do that is creating a new pass word. Had to have the unit rest by calling bell before I could us it.

I am from Toronto. Visited the store . Spoke with Greg . I was planning to add one more number to my bell account. But I had some specific needs. Amazingly this gentleman worked had along with his colleagues and helped me out. On top of that he has offered me additional discounts. Great place. Amazing service. I might visit again in a month.
Only offered 10 mbps download speed in my area and when everything was set up it was actually only 5. The modem they gave me was defective. Had to drive an hour to replace it only to find the replacement faulty as well. Ended up canceling and they wouldn't cancel till the following Monday. Its now Tuesday and the cancel request still hasn't gone through. They won't allow us to take the modem back to the store so we have to print off a label and ship it. If you ever have to set up internet don't waste your time with Bell.
Internet stopped working. After dealing with online tech support (useless) I had to go to the store. At the store I was told I needed to make an online appointment ( how was I supposed to do that with no internet). Got home, still didn't work. 2 mire hours with tech support. Great service ! Walked away with 2 brand new phones & a tablet with super great service . Harpreet was the sales rep and she was thorough with the info and made sure I understood all the other fees that would be on my bill (cancelled old phone early) . DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! This store is a WorldLynx franchise, with a Bell banner. Every single admin fee they will charge, will be charge to you again by bell, as they are NOT a corporate store! The manager performed two phone number changes for me, charging $21 +tx each. When I asked if i would pay that fee again on my bill, she answered that it shouldn't because I was getting it done in store, and that she had to get paid to do the service. Once my next bill received, SURPRISE $20 per phone again. I called Bell and they said that because the store is a franchise, they can charge whatever service fee, but that those fees are not from Bell, as those will appear on the next bill. Go somewhere else! If it's for admin issues, call Bell's customer service. Otherwise, you pay everything in double!

This store is deplorable no customer service will not even sell you bell sim cards. Bell mobility head office is looking at their francise to see if they keep it. Its time to boycott this store till they fix up their act or bell mobility gives us a new store in Cornwall that will serve bell customers. This store will not follow bell rues they think they are above and beyond bell rules. Wow are they in for a surprise. This store has even been reported to CRTC. Time to boycott bell mobility at cornwall square.

Had a great experience at the Bell store this week, Shauna was so very helpful and the service was fantastic. I got a new iPhone and switched my provider from Telus over to Bell it was quick and seamless.
Wonderful service. Most seamless process ive been through to purchase a phone. A young gentlemen helped me and was very knowledgeable, he was quick to help me find the phone and plan i was looking for.

We went in to change my BF's cell plan. Dev was fantastic and helped us out. The customer service line was completely unhelpful, despite the fact that my BF has been a Bell customer for over 16 years. Dev got someone who could help and we left very happy with the service. If I had gotten this sort of assistance when I was with Bell I would have stayed a customer.

The manager David refused to serve me, I have a medical exemption from my doctor to not require a face covering , since living in Cranbrook this is the only place that has given me a real hard time , he was quite rude and passive aggressive.
We were really impressed with the service we received at this location. The young man, Justin Shelleby, was very helpful, polite and patient with my husband and I who are seniors.

Customer service is great
Walked in and the guy behind the counted looked super grumpy when he greeted me. He never stood up to greet me or even break his unwelcoming body language. I asked if they sell min for the phone and he just said that they don't because they aren't a true bell store just an independent branch. Ok, that's fine I can go somewhere else, but, the only signage is for Bell so that's kind of misleading. I said thanks and left. It was an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. I would never go back to this location if this is the atmosphere that's created.
I went into the store with the intent to purchase outright an Apple Watch. Mine and my husbands phone plan is in his name. They did not want to sell the watch outright to me, unless I had an account. Mentioned a credit check which when buying a device outright is not an accurate statement. Attempted to have me to make my own account to link the watch to, then said if I did be three months till I can move it over to mine and my husbands plan. Quoted the wrong plan price to me. Talked to a friend who worked for a different company previously , said basically they don’t get commission on device sales alone. Ended up leaving with no device.

Terrible service , rude and aweful product knowledge. Found out the hard way that these guys are actually a dealer store (i.e. they aren't owned by bell)
- Worst customer service. Can't understand the person, gets rude then won't pass me onto his supervisor (he said his id was Ez43045 Mark but, again, I couldn't pass that onto anyone). I've used Bell off and on for various services for decades, and poor customer service has been a constant. - 2 or 3 year contracts actually allow for price increases but don't expect the salesperson to explain that. It's in the fine print. - Fibre optic system is average at best. Not trouble free for us. There are much better providers out there. Better prices, customer service and quality internet.
