Friendly customer service. But it stops there. I bright my iPhone 8 in to have the screen replaced. They had it in stock but after I brought it home it was apparent that the quality of the new screen was horrible. It was very glitchy, the keyboard was impossible to type on without it looking like another language and the installation was a little rough around the edges, no pun intended. At the end of the day $180 for a $20 subpar screen was ridiculous. I’d recommend the other phone/tablet repair shop in the Mall for sure, I definitely should have gone there first. They did a great job on my kids iPad a while back
