0/5 In my experience at this store i would highly suggest that you DO NOT purchace and SDCards from this shop, i purchased a 64gb kingston sdcard after transfering files and losing abunch it turns out the card was actually 7gb that was flashed to reptesent 64gb and not a geniun kingston.. after literally begging and pleading with these guys to actually look at the memory card he wouldnt even do that, i lost aloy of files and time with this ordeal and you can only get store credit.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANY PURCHASES BEING MADE HERE

I dropped my laptop Dell XPS on the floor a few weeks ago and the hinge in the corner was messed up and not letting me close it properly. I kept using it and eventually the charging port got pushed in because of that and I was unable to charge. I dropped my laptop off on Wednesday and was told 180 to 200. Got in contact with one of the owners I believe and due to my work schedule I sleep during the day he was nice enough to send me a text letting me know it was fixed after hours. Talked to the older gentleman today when I went to pick it up and they lowered the price to 165. Laptop is back in perfect condition and in just 2 days. Very professional shop and honest people. I'll be going back for any tech issues I have in the future, I strongly recommend them. Thanks again guys you made my day :)

Got a recommendation from friend when the screen of my 6s popped out, headed over the same day and turned out that my battery had swole up, pushed out my screen and shattered the front camera. Got my screen, front camera and battery replaced on the spot for an AMAZING PRICE! This is by far the worst place to fix anything or to deal with. Awful customer service even from a so called manager of the store. The technician that was suppose to repair our IMac had told us that our computer would be ready in a couple days and that he would be able to fix everything (Our computer wouldn't start up). First off we got our computer back a week and a half later and no employee would give us any information on what was happening -- he put trial programs on that expired after a week and our computer stopped working after a few days. We had to take our computer to a professional technician and he advised us that the technician at cell n computer did nothing to our computer to fix it, if anything he made it worse. For doing nothing they charged us $250 plus tax. I had called the manager to explain the situation and his words to me were "I deal with people like you all the time and I always win" and then proceeded to tell me to "get lost". Myself and my family will never go back here again and no one else should either. All they want is your money for doing an awful job. I'm never one to write reviews but I had to about store.. it's disappointing that they just care about the money and not about their customers.

I have 2 computers running XP as they are for older equipment that won’t run on anything higher. One had the power supply die and he had it fixed in a day. The second was more challenging as the mother board died. It took a week but I have both back and running well. The service and the eagerness to help were outstanding. Best of all were the very reasonable prices. Thank you Osama. I highly recommend Cell and Computer.

HONESTLY this place is AMAZING!!!! When I called around and got a few quotes for a replacement screen for my iPhone, not only did they have the lowest price in the GTA, but their turn around time for a repair they said 20 mins. I was skeptical but needed to get my phone fixed, so I dropped it of during my lunch break. The phone was repaired before my break was done. And the quality of the repair is TOP NOTCH!!!! I came here to get 2 phones fixed so far - first one was a cracked screen & bent frame of my iPhone 6 plus; they straightened it out and made it look brand new. 2nd phone was an iPhone 8; needed a new battery. Osama definitely does some clean work. I love how they keep the BS aside and only suggest real parts and accessories. Never aftermarket. Let’s not even get started about the prices. Great package. Attendant broke my phone backing and volume rocker after I sat in the store for over 2 hours waiting for screen repair. Did not offer any sort of compensation, left with a broken phone. Will need to buy a new phone because of his repairs. Read below for the full story: Found their add on Kijiji and called a number of times for a screen replacement (cracked screen). Was told they would check for my screen part but they did not call back. I eventually came and was assured the screen would be fixed when I arrived and I could wait. Ended up sitting there for over 2 hours for the screen to be fixed. However when I received the phone with the new screen the volume rocker had been damaged and the back of the phone would no longer stay properly attached (bulged out) because the attendant fixing it had melted part of the phone to get the screws to work properly. I let him know that I would not be paying for the screen replacement and would need to buy a new phone now and he could take back his screen. I signed a waver before he worked on my phone so I gave away my right to ask for him to refund me for the damaged phone. He told me I would need to sit for more than an other hour so he could fix some other phones for other customers before he fixed mine (he was running pretty far behind that day). I told him that I would like my phone to be take care of first so I could leave. He did. In the end left with a completely broken phone (no screen at all), with a busted volume rocker and a bulging back. I am just glad I did not also have to pay 100 for the screen and can use that toward a new phone. While you are not required to do this (as you had me sign a waver that the attendant is not responsible for breaking my phone in repair. Even though I was assured nothing could happen bad to my phone in a screen repair) I would be open to you reaching out to me. I had a working phone with a cracked screen walking into your store. Now I have a busted phone, no screen and had to wait hours to get it. I appreciate you are a business and need to make ends meet. But I am a customer and my experience was very negative. I am sure you have lots of happy customers, and if you had not damaged my phone in repair I am sure I would of been one of them. I am open to you contacting me on the review here if you desire or want me to get in touch with you to discuss this more if you desire. (Days later, as it stands now, I have yet to heat back from them)

My iPhone LCD broke and I called to ask about prices. Very very reasonable prices to get it repaired and excellent customer service provided. It took less than 30 minutes for the technician to repair my phone and it looked brand new. Not only did they repair my phone, they also got me a protective case with a screen protector which has been protecting my phone very well. As a customer I have never been happier getting a service done on my device. 10/10 would recommend.

they charged me double the price for a service I had requested. made it difficult to reverse the repair and did everything to buy my phone for a price out of the reality. very careful before requesting any service, you may end up being forced to pay much more expensive for a service you do not want. Such a horrible place. Wasted my time, patience, and tried to rip me off. I gave them my phone on Saturday to do a sim solder fix and they quoted me $45 and said "you come in at 11 am Monday it will be done". On Monday, I call, and they say "yes for sure, it'll be ready after 6 pm today". So I drive to get my phone all the way to this shop through traffic and they tell me "it's not here, it's with the technician". The only STARTED looking at it on Monday evening after I came in. After two days of the phone being with them. Then on Tuesday I get a call saying they can't do the solder and will have to do a swap costing $90 so I agree to the new price. I tell them to test it before they call me. They did not test it. They called me and on Wednesday I drove through traffic to get to this place. I paid them the $90 and I asked them to give me $5 off because they have a promotion that gives you back $5 if you like them on Facebook. They said NO! They didn't give me the promotion because they were so unorganized that they drove the phone between them and the technician many times and they charged the customer for this; regardless of wasting my gas money by telling me my phone works when it doesn't. After this silliness, I tried using the phone and it wasn't placing outbound calls. Wasted my time once again. I had to leave the phone with them again for them to 'inspect' it. On Friday I got fed up and told them not to do a single thing and put it back the way it was because I need my phone now. They said ok and called me at 6 pm to come pick it up. I drove once again through traffic to get to this place and I test my phone and the calls are finally going through. They decided to do the $45 sim solder fix. Arrogantly enough, the shop keep had the capacity to tell me "you pay onllly $75". Can you believe these people? Wasted 6 of my days, $30 of my gas money and had the audacity to try to rip me off....twice! I paid $45 because that's how much I was quoted and not a floating rate and left. And guess what.... they broke the volume buttons and now they don't work. Awful place. Run as far as you can. Waste of time, money, and patience. They blame the customer too...with a smile.

This is how business and customer service should be done. iPhone screen broke late Friday and with 30 min before closing I took it in. I spoke to young man called Anas who was extremely pleasant, professional and gave me some possible options, explained the possible costs and time lines etc. Did not rush knowing its was almost closing time. Surprised he said it would be ready next day by noon. Made me very happy knowing I run my entire distribution business from that phone. Prices are amazing, quality of work is exceptional. Highly recommend Cell N Computer. I know where I'm taking my macbook air now.

Had spilled liquid all over my macbook which apple had quoted almost $1400 in repair. The guys at Cell N Computer fixed my laptop at a fraction of that price and most importantly went above and beyond to ensure I got my laptop back in time for work. Also, other reviews about them charging a fee for diagnostics is fairly ridiculous since the diagnostic for my computer alone took 2-3 hours of their time and that is more than fair. highly recommended !

Run away from these people! I had a problem with my ear plug jack and went to them to replace it. They kept me hanging for weeks without a cause. They finally admitted that they broke my screen. They broke my phone and gave me a replacement which did not work at all. After I came back to pick it up they wanted some dreamt up charges for its use and software update on their replacement phone. I told them that I would not pay these charges and they became rude and aggressive. When I got back home I checked the plug and meanwhile while it looked replaced, it did not work. They never fixed my phone and charged me $50.00. It took them four months to fix nothing.

We brought my daughters computer in for repair in the middle of January 2021. The owner was quite reasonable at the time and quoted a price for a new larger hard drive. This repair was completed in the appointed time, about a week or so. The owner was also trying to recover the data from the existing failed hard drive. There would be a $200.00 charge for this. Ok. When we received the computer back, it worked for a few days and then then crashed. We still had no data recovered. They were working on it. I returned the computer to the store and they replaced with the original s hard drive and said to try this for a couple of weeks to determine whether the mother board was the issue. We tried it and it worked ok. We brought it back some time later for the install of the new larger hard drive again. A week or so later I received a call stating that the computer had been stolen along with numerous others. The son of the owner told me that he would arrange for a replacement computer of equal or better value. A week passed and I heard nothing so I phoned again and spoke with the owner. He said he would have word on replacement in the next couple of days. This is my daughters computer and it is required for school. A few more days went by and still no word so I returned to the store and spoke with the owner. I asked why no call. In fairness he said he would pay me back for original repair and core value, total $500.00 OK but told me ultimately he was not responsible for lost or stolen computers. There was still the outstanding issue of the recovered data, that I had been informed was on their hard drive. When I registered my frustration with the length of time for the repair (Jan 14th to April 2nd) I was old they were frustrated as well and I should be happy to be getting any money back at all. I was pretty frustrated with both of the owners that they had neglected to call me again, one way or the other. In the end, they told me to forget about the data, they would do nothing more about it and they would not work with me as I was questioning their business practice. They were quite upset with me telling me that I was not respecting them in their place of business. I told them how frustrating this exercise was and all I wanted was basic service. I wanted them to do what they said they were going to do. He told me this has happened twice before and they were suffering for it. Still no computer and no data. The $500.00 was nothing more than fair value. The fact that, as the customer, I was basically told to get lost at the end and forget about all of our data, that they still have, is pretty troubling as the data is always the most delicate and concerning element of this kind of transaction. What the heck am I to make of this? This is a bad place to find yourself. Too bad. Just be forewarned.

I dropped off my laptop just before they closed yesterday. They charged me a total of $39.55 which they advised me would be for diagnosing the problem. Shortly after returning home I discovered the laptop was still under warranty so I called back and left a message for them to not diagnose the problem. I picked up the laptop today and they did not return the diagnostic fee even though they did not look at the computer or try to find out what was wrong with it. It would have been nice if they returned the fee. I will not be going here for future repairs.

They did not deliver on their own promise to call me about my computer even days after I made a follow-up phone call, then made up a diagnosis about my computer's mother board AND tried to sell me one of their computers they have in-store. I wouldn't never return to their shop; untrustworthy. Avoid these guys. I brought my computer to another store in South Common Mall, where they told me nothing is wrong with my computer's mother board; my computer was just slow and taking a very long time to boot.
